Covered Wagon Moving

Charge me over $500 over quoted price. Showed up to the drop off location 45 minutes late. Stole the $600 piece of stereo equipment.

It went bad I had broken items. I was told that they would disassemble and reassemble and they did not do any of those things. Instead I left with broken dressers and bookshelf and a broken ottoman. I'm lucky I habe insurance or I would have to come out on a lot. It wasn't worth 783 dollars

Flawless. 4 guys showed up and it was done in 3 hours for LESS than the estimated price. They were polite, courteous, strong AF and moved everything with no issues. I'd hire them (and recommend them) in a moment.

They arrived half an hour after their time estimate had ended, moved one item less than 50 feet and with no stairs, then stole the $300 cash that I paid them and still charged my card $300 as well as a $100 "refundable" deposit. They would not respond to any attempt made to contact them. Reprehensible crooks. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!

It was amazing. The 3 person team was fantastic. They were so careful, thoughtful, fantastic attitude. ZERO damage. Went above and beyond. I gave them tips larger than I have EVER given ANYBODY in any service industry. What a team!!!

I have moved many times, locally, inter-state, and to Europe and back. Covered wagon was the most efficient moving company I have ever used. They were not just nice on the front end trying to get my business. They followed through with timely communication, and sent a crew that was careful, methodical, courteous, and very honest with their timing. They did not waste any time and I ended up paying fair price for a great service. I highly recommend this company.

Austin and Luke were very professional and arrived on time and both were ready to work! This two man crew moved the majority of the bulky stuff and took extra care moving everything from the old place into the new! Nothing scratched or damaged as they made a complicated stairwell look like CHEESE! I recommend Covered Wagon Movers; the price was right, they were on time and they moved everything carefully and quickly!

We used Covered Wagon for 3 moves in the 3 weeks to various locations. Some with 3rd floor moving. All went well. If you email Chad he responds timely and if they are running behind due to a previous move trying to provide excellent customer service to another customer they keep in communication of their status the day of the move. Excellent.

I'm quite happy with the move. Good value, the guys were professional, and very fast once they arrived. The movers were a couple of hours late, but I was given a warning when I booked that they might be because it was also move-in day for the University of Texas Austin. That said, it would have been nice to be able to reach someone during the day for an updated ETA. I tried calling their main number several times and only got voice mail.

Asked for estimate. Took two days to receive it. Emailed more questions to Chad and then he up and canceled me because he "felt I would end up canceling"....I never even got a chance to hear the answers and make my own decision! Totally uncaring and bad customer service!!!

Luke and Phil were the best movers we have ever had. Period. These guys are experienced, worked quickly and worked carefully - which is a rare combination for movers. On top of that, they are very friendly and have a great attitude. Seriously, these are the best possible guys you want helping you on moving day.

The crew was very detailed, which was great, but it also took longer than the last move so I paid more. I'd love to see them be a bit more speedy while also caring to pack well.

Numerous issues, showed up 2 hours late on date of move, broke a light in the stairwell, walked outside and one of mover's was halfway over the railing handing pieces of king sized bed down from second story to mover on the ground instead of bringing down the stairs. Found several leftover screws/items that should have been put back in when beds were being put back together. Found parts of one bed in garage after movers left, took that bed apart and found that over half of screws were not used and the wood slats under box spring were just "set" in place and not secured at all. Emailed the customer about reimbursement for the stairwell light, which the movers told me they would be in contact with me for before leaving, also included all the issues above and have had no response (sent email a week ago). Would not recommend or consider using for future services.

I've used them several times now. They are great and get all "A's" and that is why we use them.
