The communication was excellent. The work was started and finished on time. His bid for the job was fair and reasonable. Most importantly, the finished product was all that we hoped it would be. We highly recommend Conversions Remodeling for your home improvement projects!
Description of Work: Conversions Remodeling converted our 3rd living area into a new bedroom. They added a new wall to create the room, along with a new door and trim. They completely painted the new bedroom, as well as applying a new coat of paint to the new hallway. They relocated the light switches for the room, and they also installed a ceiling fan for us.

 + 1 moreThings went well. We were without the use of the kitchen for a week but it was too be expected considering the work being done.
Description of Work: We are likely to be relocating within the next year or so and wanted to upgrade our kitchen without spending the tens of thousands of dollars it would take to replace dated kitchen cabinets. Leveraging Keith's experience in remodeling, we settled on having the cabinets repainted. I had considered having them painted in the past but was unsure because of how it would turn out. We put our faith in the folks at Conversions Remodeling and it turned out better than we expected. They also enhanced the look of our kitchen by relocating a wine rack which was in an inconspicuous place and of little use. They also provided a fix to a problem we had with two of our bathroom vanities where the particle board bottoms had experience water damage over a period of almost thirty years.

 + 0 moreKeith James and his crew did a fantastic job. I can't speak highly enough of Conversions. We live in the Dallas area, so we were not on site for the remodel. I totally trusted Keith and his crew to handle the job, and they did! There were some hiccups along the way with a 60+ year old house (like old plumbing and dangerous electrical wiring), and Keith communicated and handled the issues like the professional he is. I would hire them again for future jobs.
Description of Work: We remodeled a cabin, which included gutting a kitchen and bathroom, relocating the water heater outside (and building a water heater closet), transforming a closet into a laundry room, and redoing the electrical and plumbing.

 + -1 moreWent well overall. Their cost was $12600...I purchased new vanity., double sink top, mirror, lighting, shower pan, toilet, tile, faucets for sinks and shower faucet kit..approximately $5000...total cost approximately $17600...
Description of Work: Keith and his crew completely remodeled our hall bathroom. Very pleased with the results and the courtesy and professionalism they demobstrated. They replaced the tub with a walk in shower, moved a vanity to create a double sink vaniy, removed a wall previously separating the vanity area from the tub area, removed wallpaper and textured and painted the walls, replaced floor tle and toilet, removed old fluorescent box lighting and installed new lighting and faucets. We had a minor issue which they promptly responded to and repaired. They were able to work around school schedule and respected our request to work when my grandsons were not here.

Keith was honest from the start with us, and helped to set accurate expectations for us on what could and couldn't be done (and what timelines were achievable). He helped us through issues with our other contractors working on different parts of the kitchen. He was always there to talk on the phone when we needed him, and the quality of his team's work was great. I'd highly recommend Keith and his team!
