Description of Work: Repair of a flat roof leak which reoccurred two years later. Despite a 10 year warranty on the work, Curtis didn't stand behind it and claimed that the leak had nothing to do with his original work. He made that statement before even coming to check the leak in person. I sent him pictures as evidence that he totally misdiagnosed the issue, but he chose not to respond.

+ 0 moreHe showed up promptly for the inspection/quote. On the agreed-on day, his workers showed up promptly, did everything they said they would, and did it quickly and efficiently. There was one minor glitch at the end, whereupon Curtis personally immediately came back and fixed it. We were very happy!! Also had an excellent experience a couple years ago when he replaced our roof after a hail storm.
Description of Work: After we had a water leak, we needed to have the cabinets and drywall in our utility room removed and then repaired/replace/repainted. Also, in the past, Curtis & co. had replaced our roof.

+ -1 moreThe work start to finish was excellent. Mr. Neely is a pleasure to work with. Truly a small business, but very reliable, good materials and great crew. Work was done on time and within the estimate.
Description of Work: Replaced roof on friend's home in central Austin. pressure washed dirt from entire home and painted facia on driveway side of hse. Also can do wood replacement and exterior painting. Left entire area clean, removed all debris, were professional and on-time. Concord has done previous roofing at my hse and at my duplex. The owner Curtis Neely is one of the nicest, most curteous people I have worked with as well as as doing excellent work.

+ -1 moreThe guy who owns it is just great. He is really professional and a really nice guy. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He had a crew that he has been with for ten years and they did the work fast and cleaned up really well.
Description of Work: They re-roofed my house and the Duplex that my brother and I have next door.
