Climanergy

Checked all 3 A/C units and performed maintenance work. Topped off with refrigerant on 1 unit. Removed ants that got attracted to the magnetic field and got it working again. Very professional and efficient. Will save Climanergy phone and use them again.

Terrible. Very dishonest company. Fist visit charged me $200 and said I needed a new control panel. That didn't work and said I needed a new thermostat. That didn't work. Another company came out and said Climanegry installed very cheap or already broken, or used parts. Climanergy refuses to come out and fix anything or refund my money.

Not only did they take the time to ensure the job was done correctly, but he was precautionary in the cleanliness. Very professional and told me what was going on.

I've used a number of Heating & Cooling repair companies over the years and Climanergy is heads and shoulders above the rest. I recently had an issue with another company's customer service and ability to fix my a/c, and was introduced to Climanergy. Climanergy came out early the very next day to quickly identify and correct the problem. They were fast, completely transparent, explained the problem in a way that I could easily understand, and were honest. I couldn't have been more pleased from start to finish with the quality of service provided. I've never recommended a Heating and Cooling repair service before, and after working with Climanergy will continue using them moving forward. I highly recommend their service!

We have had several A/C issues over the years and therefore dealt with many different A/C companies through our home warranty company. We recently returned from vacation to find our upstairs unit not working. My warranty company assigned Climanergy. The technician was very knowledgeable and identified the issue right way. He kept me informed, was professional and picked up once done. I appreciated the explanation of the issue along with other helpful tips. I would definitely recommend Climanergy for A/C issues.

They came out and did some tests and left (without telling us they were leaving). He called half an hour later and said he can't fix it and told us to call another carrier. Two days later we had a guy from another company out and he fixed it.

My heating went out this winter and my home warranty company, Old Republic contracted these guys to come out. Shoaib (pronounced Shwab) was quick to identify the issue. I had started the heating a few times and briefly smelled gas. Turns out the ignitor was out, although the safety shutoff was working. Shoaib pulled a replacement out of the truck and had it installed in 45 minutes. He also did an assessment of the older heating unit and gave me some good advisement for managing it. Climanergy came out quickly, resolved the issue quickly and were pro's about it. 5 starts. -Brian

Heat of the summer and one of our a/c units goes out. Climanergy was out within one day and repair was completed. Courteous and professional.

I called Climanergy and they were able to come out the same day to fix my AC unit. I work from home but have appointments to go to and asked to be called an hour in advance so that I could make sure someone was able to meet them if I were unavailable. I was notified of when the technician would arrive and he showed up at that time. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do to repair the unit and was very fast. My AC was up and running like normal within 30 minutes. The unit had some damaged wires and he rewired with good wires. I am so glad it was an easy fix and the technician was honest about the fix so I didnt have to spend thousands on a new unit. I will use Climanergy again.
