Description of Work: After 12 years of doing business with this company, my wedding rings disappeared when they came to clean on June 13, 2014. The owner of the company was rude and not all helpful in responding to the situation. Her initial response was that I was "bothering" her while she was on vacation. The final contact with her was when I asked to return my house key and she actually responded that she had mailed it to me. I never received it and had to get a locksmith to rekey my locks. I asked to her to reimburse me for that cost, which she eventually did. Next time, I would be more likely to hire the crack head on the corner before I hire this company. Her response (after having a business relationship of 12 years) was abominable.

+ -1 moreI have been using them for many years and have been very happy with them. The crew was very friendly and professional. They seemed to be a very honest company. If you do have any problems they are always quick to take care of you. I would recommend this company to anyone.
