Insane prices. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They don't give you a price up front and then they jack the price way up. They tried to charge me $2400 for a job that was priced by Servpro at $800-900. Then they acted like they were doing me a huge favor by discounting it to $1400 if I paid the same day - but only that day - or they would send it to collections. I told them I would pay $1000, which was what the person had quoted me the day they were there, even that was overpriced for the job. Even though the job would have taken 3 days if they had given me appropriate instructions (keep doors closed, check breaker regularly). They refused my money and sent me to collections. Unethical. Horrible, bad people. DO NOT USE THEM!

They did a good job and were very professional. They were also very quick in getting to it. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

They did a great job! They are very professional and prompt. I had used them once before for another water extraction in a different area of the house and it went really well which is why I called them back.

When we returned home from a long day of work and found that it was raining inside our living room we discovered a lake of water in our upstairs master bedroom and bath. To say that this was a highly stressful situation is an understatement! Luckily for us, we found Blackhill Restoration. They came out immediately and were extremely professional. They were clearly experienced and quickly removed our ceiling, baseboards, wet carpet and pad, bathroom flooring, and parts of walls that had absorbed water. They carefully covered all of our belongings before beginning to work--and did not leave a mess behind. They were diligent about using moisture detectors to make sure that they had located all hidden moisture. For a week, they came by our home daily to check moisture levels and check out the fans that they had placed all over our home. They were extremely flexible and came when it was convenient for us. In addition, they were very friendly and personable--every single person from Blackhill had a compassionate attitude. This was important as we were feeling very overwhelmed. I highly recommend this company. This kind of excellence is very hard to find. Thank you, Blackhill Restoration!
