There was a verbal discussion about what was wanted and | needed done to the house he was renting. | He did not provide any of the work discussed to be done on the house. About a month later he stopped paying rent and we had to file for an eviction that took two months. The tenant, | Christopher "Chris" W. Lewallen, owner of AXON DEVELOPMENT, trashed | the house; allowed his dog to poop and urinate in the house; and proceeded to sabotage the AC and sprinkler system. Shortly after the eviction was awarded, he filed a fraudulent mechanics lien claiming that he did $4,500.00 of "remodeling work" to my home. He did not do any work on the house except to destroy it. Plus he stopped paying rent for 3 months. So his filing the lien was a retaliatory move. This guy is not to be trusted on any level, he is unethical, dishonest, rude, condescending to women, and a scam artist! He is not insured or bonded. When asked to provide proof of his insurance, there was always an excuse provided. He created fake invoices and receipts that he used to file this fraudulent mechanics lien. To this very day, never received any paperwork from this guy. We had to hire a lawyer to get the lien removed. The only service he provided was a ton of false empty "lip service!" I do not and will not recommend him for anything!
