The crew came out to replace my two garage doors and openers. They were on time, professional, and explained the process in detail. I chose liftmaster openers that I could control with my iPhone and insulated doors to keep my garage at ideal temperatures throughout the year. My new doors open quietly and smooth now and can be controlled from anywhere with my phone. Thanks again guys!

Great - Garage opens and closes smoothly

Austin Overhead Door Company installed our LiftMaster Elite with WIFI and Battery backup in February of 2017. I was skeptical on whether I would really need WIFI for a garage door opener. Well I was sooo wrong. The LiftMaster App is awesome. I can open the door remotely from anywhere. We never have to worry about going on a trip and wondering if we close the garage door. I just open the app and check. Austin Overhead Door Company came out today to look at the keypad in the garage. It started having power issues out of the blue. Well they came out, I opened garage remotely (no need to give them PIN for outdoor keypad) and Bill went in and fixed the item. No charge, warranty covered the fix of a broken wire. Austin Overhead Door Company does a GREAT job again! They put their customers first and are the real professionals in the garage door market!

I was looking for the number for Cedar Park Overhead Doors who I have used and like in the past. My search found their phone number on a link made to look like it was the company I was looking for so I called it. The person who answered made it seem like I found the company I wanted and scheduled for their person to come over the next day. When the repairman showed up, he did not have the uniform for Cedar Park Overhead Doors so I asked him if he was from the company I did work with before. He said "maybe" but when I showed him the previous receipts and that I was looking for a warranty repair, he admitted that he was from another company. This is a company that I would never trust just given the way they are trying to deceive customers of their competitors into using them.

It went great. He showed up when he said he would, did all the install and cleaned up afterwards. Did a wonderful job of explaining how it worked to my wife and myself. Workmanship was top notch, and a very nice man to deal with.

it was flawless, he showed up when he said he would be there and, what I had imagined would be an expensive repair was inexpensive and QUICK!!! I have struggled with programming my remotes, and now they all work. I feel safe that my doors work properly and don't annoy the entire household when opening and closing my doors. Will definitely use his services again and recommend him to my family, neighbors and friends!!!
