Description of Work: Moved our household goods from storage to our house.

Description of Work: We hired this moving company to move us from one apartment to another reserving a date and time 2 weeks in advance. Both my husband and I called at separate times to verify date and time of move. The morning of the move, at the given time of arrival, no one showed up. I called the office to speak with Mickey, who books the moving jobs, to find out where the crew were and when they would be there. He said he would call the crew and find out where they were and would put me on hold to give me an answer. Instead he hung up on me. After I called back, he told me that he had forgotten to put us on the work schedule. He apologized several times and told me that he could have one of the crews come as soon as they were done. He said that it would be around 12pm to 2pm when they would arrive. He offered to discount their hourly rate after I told them that we were on a schedule and needed to be out of our old apartment as soon as possible. Needless to say, the afternoon came and went and still no moving crew showed up. After several more promises from Mickey, it came to be after 5pm and still no crew. He kept making excuses about when the crews would be done with their current jobs and said no matter what he would have a crew come. Finally exhausted and very frustrated, I told them we would find someone else to move us. He tried to talk us out of it, but there was no way we were going to be moving after dark, into late in the night.
