+ -1 moreI give them an F overall rating and F for price for what they did. A for responsiveness because this girl called me constantly. Punctuality I give a C because they did show up on time the last few days but they didn't at first.
Description of Work: I used Armstrong Moving & Storage 2 weeks ago. I was supposed to move in on the 15th, they were to come on the 14th at 8am. One person showed up at 2:30pm, I was supposed to move in on the 15th but didn't get moved until the 16th. They damaged quit a bit of my furniture, they scratched my new hardwood floor, they put boxes where they shouldn't, they didn't ask. When they unloaded the truck they missed several rooms, closets and bathroom that they didn't pack in the old house. i had to go back myself.

+ -1 moreI would not recommend this company for moving. To make a long story short, they guaranteed me a delivery date for I which I signed a contract. When they could not keep that date. They just apologized even though we had a contract. They just didn't acknowledge it. Then they crammed my belongings into my house, mangled a box labeled "dishes/fragile", breaking most of the dishes in that box. Busted a door on a "one of a kind" buffet, and then tried to tell me it was already there. And now they are trying to not pay me for lost items. Save yourself the hassle, go to a more honest and reputable co. I wish I knew one.
Description of Work: They moved me from Austin to Santa Fe New Mexico.

+ -1 moreSeemed professional during pickup; good instructions given; I purchased insurance; arrived on time, but $700 TV was broken. I put in claim; they denied claim because they said TVs were fragile. I appealed. They finally paid.
Description of Work: Picked up stuff; trucked stuff; unloaded stuff.
