ARC Air Conditioning and Heating

Randy is dishonest, does not follow through and shows no customer service. Randy failed to finish the job and left me to hire someone else competent. I texted him for months with no response. Highly do not recommend any of his services or this business - it is a scam!

Randy came out the day after we called and made an assessment of our broken HVAC unit. He gave us options for either replacing the internal blower unit only or replacing both the internal and external units and explained the pros and cons of each. His prices were far less than the other two quotes we received, and he explained that one of the other quotes was only for replacing damaged parts, which were no longer made for our 16-year-old unit. We decided to hire ARC to replace both units, and Randy ordered the equipment and scheduled the install immediately. The crew arrived on time and were efficient during the installation, offering clear explanations when we had questions and going out of their way to describe what they were doing and why. They even paused the internal installation so my husband could clean the HVAC closet and paint it with Kilz. Randy and his crew were very professional and efficient, and they did a great job cleaning up all of the debris from the installations. Randy also made suggestions for relocating a dryer vent that probably had contributed to the early demise of the old HVAC unit. We highly recommend Randy and his crew for any HVAC work, and we plan to hire them to replace the 40-year-old ductwork in our house in the near future. We got excellent work for a great price, and we trust ARC to do additional work for us in the future.

I called them, they gave some instruction over the phone, asked me some qualifying questions, and then we scheduled the appointment a few days out. The AC appeared to be running, so we just wanteded a follow-up inspection. The arrived a few minutes early, inspected the inside and outside unit, they were very clear on what they thought it was and gave me a fair recommendation for some preventative maintenance. They performed several tasks like flushing the drip line and spraying the coils and did not add additional fees these items. It was exactly the price they quoted plus tax. My tenant was very happy at the rapid response and now feels safe with the AC unit.

We were experiencing problems with the downstairs ari conditioning. It was blowing air but no cold air. We contacted the company that serviced our A/C the last time and were informend that they were busy they may not be able to come out today. Unable to withstand the heat, I made my husband contact another A/C company. My daughter recommended ARC Airconditioning and Heating. The two young men arrived at the scheduled time and upon introduing themselves, promptly proceeded to diagnose the problem and fix it. Before long, I was enjoying me home again. The young men, Eric and Randy provided outstanding same day service. Upon completion, Randy explained their company's preventative maintenance program. We will most definitlely have them back for routine checks in the fall and spring. summary: Professional, proficient/knowledgable/skilled,.......friendly. Highly Recommend
