American Water

Description of Work: The last time they came out they had to change the filters and charcoal. They never make or leave a mess. You can never tell they were there other than your waterfilter is changed and the work is done. They quick and efficient. All ways very polite and respectfull. This is one service, I don't mind having to pay extra for. My water taste as good as distilled. I believe TDSs are less than 5 parts per million.

Description of Work: Flushed two tankless water heaters; cleaned the dryer vent, which was vented through the roof; unclogged sewage line. He had to take out the toilet in order to clear the line, which took a lot of time and added sufficiently to the cost.

Description of Work: I bought a set of filters for my K5 Reverse Osmosis unit. After installing them, I had some questions about the array of filters shown on the unit diagram. The technician I spoke with was very helpful in answering my questions.

Description of Work: We have them come out and exchange all our water filters: reverse osmosis, water softener and water conditioner. Usually, the service men are observant, efficient and very polite. They are also very neat. The last time, the service man was not as knowledgeable as previous service men. We have used this company since 2009 and will continue to use them.

Description of Work: Replaced the control dial that had cracked and was leaking water. I was running late for the appointment, and rather than make him late for his next appointment, he offered to come back at the end of his day. I've been with American Water for seven or more years. They are always very professional and their work is excellent.

Description of Work: When we built our house in 2004, they put in the water softner and the reverse osmosis. We live on extremely hard water and annually, they come out to check out the systems and change the filters. I can't imagine not having these systems w/ our water situation.
