Tim was polite and professional on the phone. The original price was very reasonable and still he willingly accepted the $25 off Angie's List member coupon. Service was very prompt and good quality.

I plan on calling him tomorrow about other trees that need service.

My experience with them was good. They did a really good job of cutting and clearing our tree's. I would recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

Called Tim, he came that afternoon to give estimate, scheduled service the next morning. Crew arrived on time and completed work quickly and carefully. All limbs and debris were removed. Roof was swept, front drive was swept, and patio was swept. Outstanding service!

I hired this company because I saw him doing a lot of work in the neighborhood. I had him over for an estimate and was immediately impressed by his professionalism and could tell he was the type of person that I wanted to hire for this job. His workers worked quickly and did an outstanding job. I was so happy with their work that I bought the crew pizza the last day they were working. When choosing a tree service, American Tree Service is the best choice. He really goes above and beyond and truly looks out for the best interest of his customers and will refer to a certified arborist if he sees something that may be wrong with a tree. Also, his price was all inclusive which included the removal of the degree. Other companies I got estimates from gave me 1 estimate for the tree service and then an additional one for what it costs to dump the debris and whatever that cost turns out to be would be added on to the final bill.

Tim arrived same-day to provide an estimate and completed the work with his crew on schedule. Pricing was fair and the crew worked very hard on my overgrown lot. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all dead limbs and debris.

Tim was very responsive and came by to look at the trees the same day we called. He looked at our trees and one of our neighbors trees, and diagnosed 2 of ours, and our neighbors tree with Oak Wilt, recommending they be removed as soon as possible and replaced with new trees. Before taking this drastic step we had two other companies come by (both of which are Oak Wilt Certified), and they let us know that the trees did not have Oak Wilt, and were only in need of some nutrients and other minor maintenance to allow for more healthy growth. Thankfully we got a 2nd opinion!

Excellent. Prompt quote on initial request. Best price of four companies. Made changes to work needed & only company to respond with revised quote. The supervisor/arborist Rick showed up on time & with four workers, who did an amazing job & completed it in 2 1/2 hours! They were careful not to damage electrical lines through tree limbs trimming & protected my plants/landscaping & did additional trimming as I requested upon review & thorough cleanup of all brush/limbs cut in addition to removing existing brush pile. Very satisfied.

Very easy to get a quote and the work was done within same week. I was not there when it was done, upon inspection found they forgot a small section on ivy, which I took care of myself. The rest of the job was done well and they cleaned the area thoroughly; However, the brush trimming was not done in the most eye-pleasing way and I think if I were present during the work, I could have asked for a few final touches/cuts. Overall I do recommend this company.

They came on time, did the work without issues. I am satisfied and recommend them.

One of our trees broke a large, high branch, partly into a neighbor's yard. Called American Tree Service, spoke directly to Tim. He arrived about an hour later to take a look and give an estimate, and made some suggestions about our other trees that were both sensible and reasonably price-quoted. We scheduled for two days later; later that day Tim called, said he had a cancellation opening tomorrow, would that work? We agreed. Crew arrived on time, set up, started cutting and trimming, did a very nice job, cleaned up and were gone in about two hours. Excellent service, prompt, right to work, left the yard looking better than before.

One evening after some bad weather, we had a large hackberry tree fall on the house. Tim showed up first thing in the morning, gave us a quote and returned later in the day to do the job. He and his team were quick and thorough, and worked at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic service! Rick came to my house to provide the estimate within 30 minutes of my calling the company. He brought a crew the next morning to do the work and they were done by early afternoon.

I called Tim and he came the same day to give me an estimate. Then he arrived with his crew the next day and started cutting and digging. Everything went very fast. They took out several truck loads of stuff.

Their team was very thorough and careful. Tim was on site frequently to check on progress and make sure everything was up to our standards. They performed every task as agreed, in slightly under the time estimated, and left the yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. We are very pleased with the results, as are our neighbors. Friends that have stopped by since the work was done have said our yard looks like a park now. I have recommended this company to neighbors and friends and will call on them in the future. Of four estimates we received, 2 others were considerably higher and the company with the lower estimate we just didn't have faith in. We are completely satisfied. On the day I called Tim to confirm the contract, he had an immediate opening due to another canceled job and his crew was at our house within an hour. I had to leave for a few hours and when I returned, the 5 trees were on the ground and our front yard was nearly complete. These guys are efficient!

Tim got me an estimate for the work the morning after I called. His crew had finished the work by that afternoon. Very quick turnaround.

Extremely well. I called and they were able to come out for an estimate the same day and perform the work two days later. They promised to call me shortly before they were finished so I could bring them their payment, which they did; the estimator was the same person leading the crew so he knew exactly what I needed to have done; I asked for a trim of something I hadn't mentioned specifically during the estimate and they did it immediately (while I was standing there!) Great crew, very nice, estimate was very reasonable, price did not exceed estimate.

What an outstanding operation. I called on Saturday and Tim Pruett came to give an estimate within an hour. Bringing down the tree I had in mind was more expensive than I had budgeted, so Tim worked with me to trim it down to a size I could manage myself at a later time. He also offered to trim the 3 other trees on my properly that needed help. He said his crew would be here Monday between 9am and 11am; they arrived around 10am, and went to work. I had a small metal shed in the way, and the crew carefully unloaded it and moved it out of the way so they could work. In fact, when I asked Tim ahead of time whether or not I should move it before they arrived, he said, "Don't go out of your way for us, we're a service company and will move it if we need to." They did everything to spec, put my shed back in place, hauled off the limbs and debris, and left my yard in better shape than how they found it. ... if only all service companies were this good - thanks Tim and crew

Tim quickly returned my call and within an hour, Rick arrived to give me an estimate. Within 2 hours of accepting the estimate, and in the cold and misting rain, the crew was trimming my trees. Rick was very easy to work with: a good listener and offered good suggestions. He was here for most of the job's duration. He communicated great with his crew -- they did the job exactly as Rick and I discussed. Before the crew finished trimming, Rick asked me to take a look around. A few more cuts and they were done with the trimming and were cleaning up. They did a great job cleaning my yard and checked my neighbors' yard to make sure no limbs had fallen over the fence. Five hours after the crew arrived, they were done and my trees look great. Highly recommend! Quality work and great customer service!

The crew spent almost two days at my house, and I was a bit worried when I saw how much they were cutting out of my trees, but now the trees look happy and healthy, and you can even see my house. They cleaned everything up behind them, and my neighbors were so inspired they had American stay and do their trees the next day.

They trimmed the tree, making it look great, and carefully painted over the wounds where they removed limbs.
