Ray and his crew exceeded our expectations! Ray was quick to respond to my request for quote and came out to view and quote onsite, fair price. He got is in the following week which was within my timeline. They showed up on time/early and did exactly as we discussed, and then some. They even trimmed my hedges and saw a limb that was too long and trimmed. Everything was raked/swept/blown and hauled off. I was told it looks like a completely different house and have had a neighbor ask for Ray's contact information. We are set for several years but when it is time for trimming I will be reaching out to Ray/American Tree Service again. We had work done in another city/another property. Work was done, but it does not compare to what Ray and crew did.

Ray and all the workers did a great job taking down our two palm trees. They were around 48' tall which is very challenging to do. They made it look easy because they were so skillful at their job. Sad to lose the palms we planted 27 years ago, but American Tree Service made it as painless as possible at a reasonable price. Thanks.

The process went great. We were able to get on the schedule quickly. The crew arrived when they said they would. Ray kept us well informed and asked for input regularly about how they were doing. This is not our first time to use American Tree Service and we’ve been happy every time. We will continue to support them.

Ray and his crew did a great job. They cut down a dead pine tree, removed some dead shrubs in the front flower bed and raised the canopy of an oak tree. They cleaned up all the area and hauled off the tree and debris.

Ray and his crew (Aaron, Ruben, Furtino) were great to work with. They were on time/early, professional, courteous, and thorough. We agreed on work and price was fair. They went above and beyond our expectations - trimmed hedges and cut a limb that was extra long - neither in the scope of work. Work completed early, everything raked, blown, and hauled away. 150% recommend them. I have a neighbor asking for their contact info and another saying it looks like a completely different house.

OMG! Best service and people hands down! They did my neighbor up the street from us and the job was so beautiful and so noticeable when you drove by that I had to stop and get their info! One of the workers, Evan, was super sweet and gave me a card! Called Ray up, he came by gave me an estimate and we hired him on the spot! So happy with how our yard looks! This is the 3rd time I have hired this company since 2009 for different tree services. They do a great job for a fair price. The job they did today 8-26-2021 was exceptional they removed a very large tree and cleaned up so good it’s had to tell there was ever a tree there. Thank you guys we will do business again in the future.

I could not be happier with ATS. I hired them to drop an Ash tree in my front yard and trim some branches, one of which was entangled in a power drop. Ray and his guys did fantastic work, cleaned up well, and beat the larger companies prices. Their main climber is highly experienced and was very impressive to watch.

I obtained a quote Sunday and Monday they were able to come and do the work. They arrived 30 min early. They emailed me a copy of their liability insurance. The initial quote was for $1200. We ended up adding work. They said that they work for about $200 an hour. They worked just short of two days to do our work. The trees here are very old and about 45 feet high. They did a great job cleaning away the trees. The did not damage anything and the trees were close to the house and several large windows. It was excellent work. Mark your trees with white paint then you know they understand where you want the trees trimmed. It was a good experience

American Tree Service did such an amazing job! I called them and they were able to come out that day to give me a quote on the work needed. They came the next week to preform the work and were extremely punctual. The tree expert/ arborist is very knowledgeable about all trees and has been doing this type work for a very long time. I wanted several branches taken out of one tree and needed 4 small trees removed that had died during the winter storm. They came knocked out all of the work and then cleaned up the yard perfectly. They were very reasonable and very professional! I will definitely hire them again. If I could leave 6 stars I would!

They did a removal of a diseased elm, and left the yard spotless. Thank you, Tim and Ray!

The crew did excellent work, and actually did more than was originally part of the bid, which was a couple of hundred dollars below the next lowest bid. I have recommended this company to a number of neighbors.

Tim and his crew were great! It was a 3 day job in total, which seemed like a lot until I saw how much they actually cleared out the trees. Yard looks amazing now, much more light.

After big snow storm in Texas our Ash tree had a lot of large limbs break. Tim came out and accessed our tree, gave us a thorough explanation of what needed to be done to keep our tree healthy. When the crew came out they walked us thru what needed to be done just to double check and they trimmed our tree and hauled it all away! Its a dangerous job to clear those fallen limbs after the storm. Its a job that my husband and I could not do but Tim assured me they were insured and they would be able to do the job correctly and safely. Thank you guys!

Tim and his team are awesome! Tim is an excellent arborist and knows everything there is to know on how to trim trees properly. His team are true masters of the trade and went several steps above to doing the job correctly. The trees were BIG and challenging, but that did not slow down or even stop them from reaching those difficult points to give me healthy well trimmed trees ready for growth in Spring. You will not be disappointed with American Tree Service. Their service is very fair priced, they are professional, and also very personable. I will be using this company again in a couple of years when I need these trees to be trimmed again. Thank you Tim and Team!!!
