The job they did was wonderful. They knew what they were doing. I got my moneys worth. They were reliable and industrious. They were here the whole time and they didn't pretend work. They cut the branches so that the other branches wouldn't die. They informed me of everything that was going on and listened to what my concerns were.

I signed up for an Angie's List deal that was $400 for two hours of tree service. The company came out the same day to discuss what was needed. Two large oaks were hanging over both the power lines to our house and our roof. We decided which limbs to cut so most of the tree canopy was still intact but well away from the house. I was concerned about making sure they did all they could to avoid oak wilt as a result of the trimming. They assured me they clean all cutting instruments between jobs, and they seal all the cuts. They gave me an estimate of 6 hours of work. American Tree Service had done work for me two years before, so I knew that 6 hours was probably a reasonable amount of time for the job. They charged me the same rate of $200 per hour for the 6 hours. This company is insured, something that was important to me given the size of these trees and the possibility of injury. There was a crew of 4 who worked the whole time cutting sections of each tree and carefully avoiding our house and the power lines. They cleaned up and hauled away all the limbs, sticks, and leaves. I was quite happy with the whole job.

They came out to give an estimate for the total job and were honest about what was needed and optional. On time and had very professional workers. Over all very happy.

I had contracted through Angie's list with another tree service company under a coupon. About $400 for 6 hours of labor. Paid for it through paypal, but the "bad guy" tree service emailed me back and said that 1. couldn't schedule for 6 weeks, and 2. by the way we only work Mon - Thursday. I said cancel, but guess what, it was a Friday. So, on that same Friday, I used an Angie's list coupon for ALL AMERICAN TREE SERVICE. $400 for 6 labor hours. The next day, Saturday, I receive a call from Tim at AATS. He asks about the job, the scope, etc. Asks if he can come by that afternoon (Saturday!), and we schedule a time. He shows up on the dot. We walk around the yard, because I had already figured that it would be more work than the coupon but I wanted the review from A's list. Tim explained the approaches (light, medium, extreme) and why. The way the work would be done by the crew, the concerns and precautions about oak wilt, etc. i had already cleared about a 1/2 a 16 foot trailer worth of brush. I opted for the extreme, and eight hours of a 3 man crew for $1,600 (total, $1,200 additional to the coupon). He said, "how about Monday?" So I ordered the service on Friday, got the call Saturday morning, reviewed the job Saturday afternoon, they performed the work on Monday (two trailers worth), hauled it all out and cleaned it all up, and the yard has never looked better. Remember the first tree service company? So on Monday afternoon I get a call from them (All American is already 6 hours into an eight hour job, lol) And the guy tries to explain what the whole Monday - Thursday, can't schedule for 6 weeks deal is, says Angies list is to blame, because the coupons shouldn't have been up there, yadda yadda yadda. He says, well we understand, we'll refund your money (when do you pay for a service and then wait 6 weeks, imagine doing that for a haircut), BUT WE DON'T KNOW HOW BECAUSE YOU PAID THROUGH PAY PAL. So about a week goes by, All American was already FINISHED a week ago on Monday, bad guy tree service sends me an email crying because I wrote them a bad review, and says, "Get the money from Angie's list yourself". So I did. BUT HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO REMEMBER. ALL AMERICAN TREE SERVICE. TIM. THEY ARE PROMPT, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND A FAIR PRICE. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. USE THESE GUYS.

They did a very good job and cleaned up after the work. The trees look terrific.

This could not have gone one bit better. Worth every penny and more. It was absolutely perfect. They showed up on time. They brought a couple trucks, one hauling a big trailer. They worked fast, professionally, tarred, pruned, removed just enough to make the house insurance happy, the homeowner, the renters, etc. They managed to fill their trailer. This was the first tree company that I didnt have to fight during dead-tree cutdown to get it within inches of the ground; they had already done it right. They removed one big tree (safely), one medium tree, one small tree... all tall, but various trunk sizes. They still had time to cut off some limbs that I didn't think they would have time for. They didnt try to upsell tree stump grinding or stump removal. They cut everything, cleaned the yard, and hauled it off. I was super impressed. I highly recommend this company.

Very quick response and very professional. Even with recent high winds and lots of calls, American Tree Service provided quick service. I will definitely call them again.

Could not have gone any better! Tim came out within two days of my initial call to do an estimate. (We did not make an appointment; rather, he called me when he was in the area. This was not a problem as I office from home.) He gave me a fair bid after walking through the property with me--so after discussing with my wife, I went ahead and cancelled a competitor bid and asked him to do the work. He was able to send a crew out the next day and we again walked the property, this time with the crew, going over everything we wanted done. The crew worked diligently, did everything we asked, was very tidy in cleaning up after themselves, and left my property looking better than it has in years. The crew was polite and professional and communicated well with me (we have three large dogs that I needed to let out into the backyard throughout the day, and they worked with me to coordinate that with their lunch break and work they were doing in the front yard). After all was said and done, I was happy to write a check to Kenny, the crew leader, as they had done a fantastic job. I won't hesitate to use them again, nor will I be bashful about recommending them to others.

He was very punctual and on time. He was great to work with. They were really good.

Tim and his crew did a great job cutting down and removing a very large tree from my fence line. There was no damage to my fence. I chose Tim because another tree service company told me that the fence would more than likely be damaged when they removed the tree. I would definately have them come out if I have further needs.

Nothing to say since I never used the purchase. Submitting this to get the SPAM to stop about submitting a review.

Tim came out within an hour of first calling him (Saturday). He walked us around and we went over the worked to be done. Tim offered some suggestions that we found reasonable. We agreed on a price and the work was scheduled to start Monday morning. Almost all the work was done that day. The stump grinding was finished the next day. Would definitely hire again.

Tim's guys were easy to work with as was Tim. I was happy with the work they did on my property and will use them again. I highly recommend them.

His crew is the best. Very professional young men. We have worked with them before.

Same day inspection and quote. Every part of work plan was well justified, Tim was easy going, and couldn't have been easier to talk to about the job. The price was right in line with my expectations, based on my research and what I thought the size of job to be. The crew came over next day and performed the work. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Definitely will use American Tree Service next time I need tree work, and will be recommending to my neighbors.

It was great service. The workers were skilled and professional. Amazing difference in the look of the house. I have a deck with furniture and potted plants. I have chimes and hanging plants. There is a dog house in the area of the work. All property was protected and kept safe. The yard was cleaned completely. I have used other services on different property (been in this home since October and there was a lot of work to be done) and the other services have cut back much more than expected and damaged items in the area. These workers did just the right amount of pruning and we're very respectful of my property! I did not realize how much of an improvement it would make. Oh, and the consultant who came out did a great job of talking about options as I had a damaged tree and I had to make decisions about how to move forward. He was helpful without being pushy. I highly recommend.

The owner came out first and walked the property with me. I wasn't sure if they could take care of everything I needed in two hours, but the crew came and worked very efficiently and got everything done and all the trees treated properly. My property looks much better now. I will definitely hire them again when I need trees trimmed on the property. They were excellent.

He was very rude; he was supposed to come around 2:00 and around 3:45 I called and asked what the deal was. He should have called up and told me that he was going to be late; I postponed it to 5:30 for him. He called me about 5 minutes ago and said I do not like you and will not do the service. It is unacceptable for a professional to do this.

Tim contacted me on the date that he indicated in his email reply. On that same day, Tim was in the area and asked if he could review what work I wanted done. The request fit right in my schedule. First, Tim is a delight to work with, very attentive to my desires and offered suggestions when asked. To my delight and surprise, he was able to have a crew out the next day! Kenny was the crew "chief" and I worked with him on the day of the trimming. Kenny and the crew worked quickly but meticulously through the work I needed done. In addition, I had a last minute request that Kenny and the crew to care of. I have had trees trimmed over the last four years. Never was I as pleased as I am with American Tree Service. I will certainly use them again!

He did a very good and came right on time. He put me ahead of the list of clients because he knew of the situation. I have had so many compliments on my yard because of him. His crew was very nice and polite. They worked very hard all day long and cleaned up well. His rates were very reasonable. I would recommend him to anybody. It was a very very good service! Over the last 35 years I've had many landscapers and he is the best I've ever hired!

Tim and his team do excellent work. Clean, courteous, prompt and thorough. Not the first time we have used Tim. He is amazing! Gets the job done and doesn't overcharge the customer. If something doesn't need to be done, he will let you know.

I had purchased an Angie's Special with this company, tree work for two hours . A crew of three people and their leader came very much on time and asked me which trees I wanted cleaned. The crew cut all the dead limbs of approximately eight live oak trees with a speed of light. Afterwards they cleaned the yard from all the cutting debree, loading it into their truck and taking it away. The trees look wonderful and I can highly recommand this company. They are fast, clean and $ reasonable.

Tim gave me a fair estimate. He and his crew arrived on schedule and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Very professional. I'd used this service again and recommend him to others.

Tim and his crew did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the results. Tim came out to provide the estimate and explained the philosophy and how they would go about each tree. He listened and discussed the pros and cons of removing some trees we initially wanted to keep (we ended up keeping 1 of a bunch) which I also appreciated. On the day of the job, Tim came out with his crew for the initial walk around and then let the crew go at it. Kenny was the main supervisor there for our day. They made quick work and cleaned everything up, the trees look great. They were a little pricey, but we felt comfortable with them and walked away feeling that you get what you pay for.
