Description of Work: Excellent Service Rep. Followed up on everything and visited while the service was performed to assure correctness. Installers were professional, knowledgeable, neat and took care and concern for their installation. Off season pricing helped with the cost. Company has all the prerequisite insurance, experience, warranties, guarantees, and files all paperwork for rebates. Great job!

Description of Work: Installed new A/C unit for residential home. Went very well. Explanations before the installation were clear and understandable. They did what they said they would. Installation was very good. Has run trouble free for 2 years.

Description of Work: I have a preventive maintenance contract with them. I had them evaluate my AC as it seemed to be cooling poorly. I had 2 other companies evaluate it also. Turned out the compressor was leaking. The unit needed to be replaced and that was going to be very expensive. The compressor had just gone out of warranty a few months ago. Airco contacted the manufacture and a replacement was performed for labor only (still not inexpensive) but much less than the cost of a new one. I felt they stepped up to the plate for me and I appreciate that very much.
