A-TX Express

They were contracted under a home warranty, came out on Aug 3 for the service determination, and dropped all communication after that. Both phone numbers go to full mailboxes, and they have not responded to emails or texts.

HORRIBLE service!!!! If I could give a negative rating I would. When trying to call them the phone rings and then goes to voicemail. How are these people still in business. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. BUYER BEWARE !!!!

We are so grateful to entire team for all their efforts! They were responsive, timely, and professional. We had a horrible experience with a different company, and had been without AC for over a week. But, Clark, Tonya, and Fernando stepped in and got our AC working and went out of their way to be sure we had cool air for the weekend. They even had to drive to pick up a part, but did all they could so we had a working AC!

Submitted service request to AHS on line on 8/24. Received call from A-TX Express the morning of 8/25 to schedule service. I chose the 11AM-3PM slot same day. Technician arrived around 2:15. Evaluated situation and quickly found a capacitor needed replaced. He was finished and out within 30 minutes. Very professional service.

I called once I realized there was a problem I could not find or fix. I spoke to Tanya (wife of owner). She was very friendly and assured me she would have someone out in 45 minutes. Clark showed up about an hour later after having a transmission problem and limping his way to me because he was told I worked from home and had a small child. He would tend to his work truck after repairing my AC. He was friendly and courteous (taking his shoes off so he would not track in mud from outside). He had it going again within an hour. Awesome

Before explaining what A-TX Express did, I have to provide a brief history so there is context for how much work A-TX Express did and how happy we are with their service. Less than 1 year prior to our experience with A-TX Express, we had another company come out and they replaced our external A/C condenser unit. During the process, and undisclosed to us, the technician didn't install the unit properly, charged us for wiring that was not required, nor installed properly, and kinked the copper return line (causing a hole and subsequent leaking). We called the prior company out on numerous occassions and they simply refilled the coolant. After the 3rd time, the previous company stated that there was a rupture in the copper line inside the wall which is not covered by our home warranty. We contacted the warranty company and asked them to send out another company and thankfully it was A-TX Express. Clark (owner and technician) arrived on time and was VERY nice. He explained his findings and documented everything very thoroughly. He put in extra time identifying the root causes including the rupture in the line at the entry point to the house. In ordert to do a thorough repair, and one that could be warranteed, we had a lot of extra work performed. A-TX Express was great to work with from start to finish and I would recommend working with them for any HVAC job!

They are amazing.
