They did an excellent job in a professional manner and even cleaned out a downspout for me as well as reprogrammed the system. I would definitely use them again.

SWIS did a fantastic job on our new irrigation system install. The owner, Peter Hudson, was punctual, upfront, and detailed in his explanation of the system and available options. He provided a quote quickly and held the quote open while we had other work performed to the exterior of our home and replacement of our driveway and front walkway. They were able to get our job scheduled at our convenience and the install was quick, professional, and clean. They really did an excellent job on the cleanup. The foreman and the lead service person were on site during the install and explained the system and function as well as the use of the app. I had only one small complaint and that was due to an unmarked line in the backyard that cut off my cable. I don't hold SWIS responsible for that. I would definitely recommend SWIS and would use them again for future projects.

I had not used my six-zone sprinkler system in a while and it was badly in need of a complete tune-up and repairs. This company is awesome. It took three separate appointments to complete the project, but that was fine with me. The crew arrived promptly as scheduled. They were extremely polite and professional. The crew lead suggested good solutions for relocating sprinklers or changing sprinkler heads where there were water coverage problems. They replaced a broken valve, a cracked pipe, adjusted all of the sprinkler heads and even helped my re-program the system control box. I am very satisfied and I would recommend this company.

Exactly as advertised - sent out two (Miguel being the supervisor) very qualified technicians. They were very professional - verified my appt., reminded me of the appt. and called 25 minutes before getting there. They knew what they were doing and hit it efficiently. No surprises - charged per their posted hourly rate plus parts. They're now my go-to contractor for all irrigation needs. Great job@

The company answered my call promptly and was able to schedule an appointment the same week. I received a confirmation call the day before and they arrived within the first ten minutes of the three hour window. Both workers explained everything completely including cost and options. They worked quickly and even replaced the mulch around the new sprinkler heads. I will definitely use them again.

A pleasure to do business with. Peter came out to see the house and gave me an unofficial estimate that day. He mailed an official estimate the very next day. They had an angieslist discount and gave a cash only discount that brought their price in line with other estimates I had received. They do require a deposit, and once my deposit check cleared, they contacted me to setup a date. they came promptly, the crew was excellent and professional. They weather on the second day was bad and they managed to work around that as well and that was impressive. I am very happy with this company and would highly recommend them if you need a sprinkler installed.

Was very impressed with the service and the company. First, 2 men came out for the hourly rate that other companies only send one; I believe this greatly increased the efficiency of the job. The company called the day before to confirm the scheduled window and then again when the men were actually on their way. They arrived a half hour into the scheduled 3 hour window. The men were very professional, courteous, and knew what they were doing. Identified the problem and resolved the issue within two hours. They were so good I actually had them do some other unplanned work on the system. My experience with these two men was definitely an "A" job.

A three hour time frame was provided and the team arrived exactly at the beginning of this time slot which is rare in my experience with service providers. Very nice job! The technician communicated very well what was going on with my system and provided me with options and education.

lt went well from beginning to end. They were here well within their time window. They located the leak in short order. They replaced the valve, they waited patiently for the adhesive to dry, they were vey kind to my little, very inquisitive great granddaughter, and were on their way. I was prepared for a much larger bill. So it was a good day.

They were great, came quickly on a Sunday!! Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Two of the five zones had been turned off for two weeks in the hottest part of the summer because several of the lines and heads were broken and resulted in geysers that not only lost lots of water but also sucked the pressure away from the other heads. We repeatedly tried Hall Sprinkler Company, which we have used regularly for 35 years and which had installed our system and its predecessors. Hall could not come for 6-8 weeks. When I pleaded that we were 35-year customers and were losing thousands of dollars of landscaping (even though we spent hours manually watering), the best they could do was to say maybe five weeks. In the meantime, I tried many other companies listed on Angie's list with good ratings. No one could come out in a reasonable time frame, and some highly rated companies told me that they were not able to accept any new customers. One of the highest-rated companies had a recording that they were so far behind that callers should try another company, but they promised to return all calls--I don't think they did call us back. I don't know why I initiallly overlooked Southwest Irrigation Systems (SWIS), but this Monday I did call them. They were very professional and friendly on the phone--the woman who answered said that they just had a cancellation for Thursday (three days from my call), but if that day didn't work for us, the next avaiability would be in 17 days (still better than what we were hearing from others). So we took the Thursday appointment. Two men showed up exactly on time, and one went on to another job. Miguel was our serviceman. He was very friendly and professional. I also was impressed by his clean appearance with an official uniform or shirt (I forget just what he was wearing, but his appearance inspired confidence.) The truck was new-looking and painted with the company name. It carried all necessary equipment, including long irrigation pipes. He knew exactly the things to do and very efficiently did them. I was able to be there only briefly but was very impressed and felt confident that everything would be done competently; my wife was there the whole time and was very impressed. Thank's to Angie's List for letting us know about SWIS. I suppose we could have asked for their advertised senior discount, or perhaps there might have been an Angie's discount. But we happily paid the very fair price for the amount of work that was done and just to get our problems taken care of. This is a great company, and from now on, this is the company we will use.
