For a faster response, please contact us directly. We are locally owned and operated. We moved from our original location in Sugar Land after 20 years. Our new south location is located at 2511 Mckeever Rd Rosharon Tx 77583 near Sienna and our north location is located at 6739 Theall Rd Houston Tx. Our goal is to give you the best customer service experience. We install and repair sprinkler systems, drainage and landscape lighting. We also do drainage cleaning with high powered hydro jet and have camera's to do it right. We will develop and train each employee to fulfill our mission. They previously installed a freeze protector on sprinkler system. This record breaking freeze was coming and I called ahead to ask if needed to do any thing to system. I was told to drain system as normal and there is a video on line how to do it. I drained it and wrapped all the pvc and brass pieces. After freeze it had a crack. I called for them to come inspect. They said the system was drained and there for caused it to crack. They wanted $567 to fix what they told me to drain. First off I paid for a freeze protector previously. They tell me it should probably be drained due to the extreme freeze and they want to charge a ridiculous price because I drained it. I was then charged $88 for a service call.

The initial visit was great. Tech came out May 21st to give an estimate. He indicated it was the holiday weekend and would send out a quote early the next week. Seemed very knowledgeable and polite and was looking forward to the estimate to see how it compared to a couple of others. After waiting several weeks, I contacted the company and they finally sent the quote over June 15th....almost a month after the initial visit. Either something went wrong or they forgot the house because their prices are 60% higher than the two previous quotes. Seeing as the date on the quote was the day it was finally submitted, not sure if they even know what house they were quoting based on the huge delta in quotes from their competitors that were both within $100-$150.....not $1300 difference.

"Our estimator went out to the clients home on May 21st to provide an estimate for a new sprinkler install. The proposal was created and emailed over May 25th the following week to a different client with the same name in our system, not realizing the correct client didn't receive the sprinkler proposal requested. We did not hear back from the client until June, 15th, still requesting the sprinkler proposal, it was then realized the mistake that was made and quickly send over the sprinkler estimate the same day with the notes that were taken by the estimator on May 21st."
