They arrived on time and in a matter of one and a half hours replaced 17 heads, 1 zone sensor. reprogrammed the timer and fixed the rain sensor. Very fast and efficient, I will use again and have already referred 2 of my neighbors.

    I would rate rhis company A+.  They procured city permits, completed a survey, then did the work which I requested.
Everything was done in a professional manner, and I am very much satisfied with the job peerformance.

Because we live in a patio home, we do not have assess to one side of our home.  Our neighbor commented that the soil on our zero lot line was cracking and suggested we install a drip hose.  Because we did not have a bib in a good location.  we realized that a drip line could be added to our existing drip system in our back yard.  The workers installed a double drip line so that our foundation would get enough water, especially with the drought we are having.  I had used this company before and was quite happy with their work.  I also like working with local companies.  I also used a coupon from Angie's list and saved 5%.

We were having trouble with our irrigation system.  We were not getting enough coverage in some areas of our landscaping.  They replaced some sprinkler heads and reworked others.  They arrived on time and did a great job.  Our landscape is now  looking so much better.

The overall job took about 45 minutes. I was totally satified with the service

I called and they got back with me within a few hours. They were on time and efficient. They did not tear up anything else in the yard; the stuff they did have to dig they put back the best they could. I couldn’t say enough good things about them. I would definitely recommend them.

Based on reviews on Angies List I called SW Iirrigation to identify issue with Sprinkler controller blowing a fuse each time circuit # 5 was activated.  Appointment was made on a Tuesday for a Friday appointment, pricing was made clear to be $96/hour, 1 hour minimum, billed in 15 minute increments beyond that, basically no free estimates.  They schedule a range of time to show up, in this case, between 1 and 4 PM.   

The crew of 2 arrived and went right to the controller box in the garage with OHM meter to find problem.  Found it in no more than 2 minutes.  I showed them exactly where the valves are located and with in 5 minutes they diagnosed the failed valve, found a broken pipe, and had it dug up very quickly.  Actual repair time was about 40 minutes, had to wait another 10 for PVC cement to dry, then ready to confirm fix.   After that they checked each sprinkler head, adjusted those that needed it, replaced 1 leaking Rainbird sprinkler, and one nozzle.

All of this completed in 1 hour and 15 minutes from they time they arrived. The cost was right at $200, which is about what I had guessed, and seems reasonable.   They worked effectively at a very quick pace, no chit chat - not wasting anytime, which I appreciated.

Job well done - 30 day warranty - system works fine - would use them again.

Tip - to save time - know exactly where your control valves are located, know how to operate your controller and be prepared to assist with turning circuits on and off quickly as they work. 

It went well. It was fairly much as expected. I still use them for service. They seem to have a reasonable take on what needs to be done. They have a family owned feel. The price listed was for installation. We have a big lawn so it was a fair price for the job. The service call was $80-$90 which included replacing a couple of heads.

They did a nice neat job, but unfortunately we made the mistake of not testing the system before they left.  Turns out that they had reconnected the piping incorrectly, and half of my zones were not operational.  I called the company to report the problem, and they promptly sent a crew out to repair the system.

They were knowledgable, and quick.  They arrived when they said they would and got right to work.  It was simple for me and they did a great job.  We will be using them again.

I disliked that it took them over a week to come out. Then they made several sporadic visits to try to fix the problem after that. But they did fix it so I am glad about that. One of their servicemen was professional, the other not so much. I would probably use them again in the future.

This is the second time that I used this company and the value and service that I received was exceptional.   The guys arrived when they said they would and were very professional and efficient with their (and my) time.   Setting up the appointment was also a breeze.   I would use these guys again and/or recommend them in a heartbeat.

As new home owners my husband and I did not know what to do with the sprinkler system when a hard freeze is expected. I happened to come home during mid day and saw water gushing from our house. I noticed it was coming from the side of the house near the sprinklers. I called my plumber who - after I explained what I was seeing - told me I needed someone who understands sprinklers and gave me Southwest Irrigation Systems phone numbers and said many of their customers were happy with them. I gave them a call and the nice lady on the phone walked me through how to turn the water off (step one) and then wasn't sure if they could get someone out that day, but it may have to be the next day (it was 3pm). I was ok with that since we had turned the water off. About 4pm I got a call that someone could come over and fix it. And they did. They were very courteous - and very fast. I then asked for his card and saw he was on Angie's List - and I know now why they have such positive feedback. I will keep their number and use them again when needed. Thank you!!!

Overall, the work went very well. No more rainwater in the game room, and I was very satisfied!

Peter came out and evaluated the job, and later that day e-mailed me an estimate. After reviewing other estimates, I called for an appointment and the date was set for the following week. There was a one day delay due to rain, but it was prudent to wait until the weather had cleared. The crew started in the morning on a Thursday and worked all day - Peter came out that morning to be sure everything was clear to the crew. The city inspected the work the following morning and then two men came back that afternoon and filled in the trenches. There was one grate that was not in place, but Peter made sure that was completed on the next business day (the following Monday). Overall - excellent job.

Excellent work and service. Everything was done professionally from start to finish. Peter Hudson and his work crew were pleasant and easy to work with. The project took several days, and the crew cleaned up nicely before they left each day. When the work was completed my yard was put back to the same condition as before they started the work. There was a supervisor on site each day, and Peter came by on the last day to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and their work.

Went very well. Really nice folks. They asked me several times during the morning if I really wanted X or Y and told me what the price of that would be. It was nice that they thought about my bottom line. I don't think these guys are the cheapest, but I think they are very good and would highly recommend them. I did use my Angie's List coupon.

Overall it went fine. I now know what the problem is and how to get it fixed. My sprinkler system has been checked and adjusted as well. I would recommend them to others.

From they time they arrived they were incredibly efficent in getting the work completed which was much appreciated as they have an hourly billing rate. Within one hour he had looked over the system, made adjustments and gave me estimates for additional work I had asked him about. I have already called them to perform the work!

The gentlemen from Southwest Irrigation Systems showed up on time and listened to my description of the problem before performing any work. They found the problem, promptly repaired it, and checked to make sure the entire system was working correctly. They also replaced a faulty sprinkler head (which they showed me). I was only charged for the service call and the sprinkler head. I will call them again for future services.

Everybody was on time, professional and knowledgeable. They knew a lot more than the person that I currently use. They had a minimum trip charge but we certainly met that and their price was fair. They put the sod back and it looks okay.
