Poorly. I am unclear on how an A rating has been assigned to SW Irrigation with this inconsistency in customer service.

Terrible, sprinkler still didn't work

The company followed up and resolved the issue with the sprinkler system. I got a follow up phone call from the company and they were professional all the way. The sprinkler system is now fully functional and I have to thank Brandon and his crew for resolving the issues.

The guys were extremely friendly and fixed issues in timely manner. Uncovered some additional issues and fixed them for free. A bit expensive though.

I don’t remember for sure (the amount) but I’m going to say about 3 thousand. I didn’t have any problem with them, I just got different quotes and I just used someone else. I don’t even remember them that much quite frankly. I didn’t use them. I did get an irrigation system put it, so If I had to do something in the future, then I would get quotes again. There’s no reason I wouldn’t get a quote from Southwest irrigation, it would just depend on the quote. I have no problem with them and I would consider using them if the price was good, after I got other quotes. Yes, I would consider using them if the quote was good.

The install went well, but I had asked for a map of where the sprinklers were installed and they told me they would get one to me, but never did.

Great! Was a small job, but was very happy with the work. Would definitely hire them again for a bigger job.

The leak was challenging because tree roots prevented repairing the pipe under the sidewalk. After a lot of digging, I suggested that they just add a head on the other side of the sidewalk and arc the water over it. Worked like a charm!

The men were very professional and performed several tests to see if the old control unit could be salvaged. When they had determined that a new control box was necessary, they presented the options and prices. We agreed on a new unit and it was installed within the hour. I was very happy with this service, and will use them again.

The two men arrived on time, were polite and friendly, and did a good job. One sprinkler head was broken off and needed to be replaced. I had known about that beforehand. They found nothing else wrong with the system other than a couple of minor adjustments. This is the third time I've used SWIS, and I will use them again.

It has been good. They are a good company. If I need help with my irrigation system, they are it. It is a fair price.

I called and someone was able to come out the next morning. They were on time and called ahead to let me know they were on their way and were able to repair the line quickly.

They did great. Problem was resolved and area was cleaned up and put back together neatly. They may be a little higher priced than others, but well worth it for the service provided.

Was able to schedule work within a few days of call. Took two afternoons to complete work. Crew worked very hard and work was done well.

They gave us exactly what we needed and offered an excellent solution for our problem. We have a brand new built house and thanks to a feud between our builder and the other builder in the neighborhood, our house sits 2 feet lower than every house around us, which means everyone's yard drains into our yard, leaving us with a mud pit. While still under our warranty period, our builder has refused a reasonable solution for dealing with the ever present mud so we asked SWI to come out and analyze our existing system and determine a) if we had any leaks and b) what could be done to stop the mud. They tested the entire system and didn't find leaks and put forth, what I feel, is a very reasonable estimate for resolving the problem. Now I just have to get my builder to agree to fix it on their dime instead of mine, not that the price is unreasonable, because as I've stated it's not, it's just that the builder needs to honor their warranty and fix it.

It went very well. My whole sprinkler system got upgraded or repaired very quickly. I will definitely use them again.

All good except that they did not have a battery to repair the control box they sold me. I had to go out to get it
