I thought their price was very good even though they were a little higher than some of the competition. However, their service was very good and dealing with them was great. They came on time and cleaned up.

They were very professional and prompt, just expensive for what I needed.

Peter Hudson, the president, spent time on our property to evaluate our needs, then he and his partner Eddie did detailed analysis and planning to determine the best, most efficient and the most cost effective way to solve our issues. The Southwest team of cheerful, talented professionals worked aggressively and quickly to get the job done. (No standing around and loitering on this crew). They were always professional, hard-working, willing to accommodate any need, and tidy in their work. Southwest did everything in our contract - plus additional things. Moreover, even though they did unanticipated extra work as the job unfolded, Peter never tried to alter the price or demand add-ons. We were so impressed that they actually did everything they said they would do...and did it so well. We can't recommend highly enough Southwest Irrigation Systems and its team of true professionals . If you want a perfect job in a timely manner, we heartily recommend letting Southwest Irrigation Systems handle all your irrigation/sprinkler system needs as well as any drainage issues you may have. You will not be disappointed.

They were absolutely excellent. I would highly recommend them. They were on time and punctual. They did the work in a neat manner. They came back a few times to fix stuff so they’ve been very responsive. The stuff that they fixed wasn’t really an issue with their workmanship; it was just things that happened. Their pricing is competitive. I like the fact the foreman and the all the workers introduced themselves to me. They were very nice and all of them spoke English well enough which is, around here, very important. Everybody spoke English especially the foreman. He spoke English very well so I knew that nothing was being lost in translation.

This is the 3rd time I've used them. They go on an hourly rate plus parts. They work very hard while they were here!

We received an estimate and agreed to have the work done. He could not do the work for 3 weeks so we told him we would wait. Two days before he was to start on our yard, he called to pick up a check or cash for the total amount due. He would not take a credit card. I told him that we do not pay in advance for services not rendered because we had gotten burned before. He would not work with us on a solution so we cancelled the work. Never once did he mention an advance payment in full and it was not on the estimate. When I questioned him about that not being on the estimate, his response was "I made a mistake". We were very disappointed as we had been looking forward to having the work done.

First of all, it was easy to make an appointment and the service person arrived exactly on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and devised and implemented a very inexpensive solution. We were very pleased and impressed.

The provider was professional and courteous but the job they did was not superior. The dry spots in the flowerbeds we had previously are not watered, but the provider created new bare/dry spots where other flowers died.

Everything went well. They did an excellent job when we used them in June of 2013 for the irrigation and lighting in our front yard. They are very thorough and very professional. We will call them for any future irrigation and/or lighting needs outdoors.

The provider showed up on time and promptly did the free evaluation. He worked up a proposal which was emailed to me the next day. I have still not made a decision on whether to get the work done or not but I think that the proposal was fair and that the service has been great so far.

The staff of southwest irrigation systems was prompt and polite. The estimates and work were done on schedule as promised. My yard was returned (as much as possible) to normal when the project was complete.

Called SW Irrigation and received same day service. I was in a time crunch as my house was under contract for sale. Peter came out reviewed the inspection report, and made recommendations. Services were performed the next day. Peter was honest and I felt their prices were reasonable.
