The project was a leak around a vent on the roof. The worker was on the job promptly after acceptance of the bid. The price was nominal and $100 less than the second bid. Other than a little language hurdle the project was done in a couple in a couple of hours. I even received a series of digital photos showing the progress of the work completed. I would recommend JR Construction for your next project.

I hired Jamie to fix leaks around the pipes on my roof. Jamie fixed the leaks the same day. I thought I had a problem related to the roof 2 days later, it was shown to be a different problem. Jamie fixed the problem at no extra charge. I would recommend.

Provided pictures of repairs. 2 weeks later we had another 1" rain storm. Roof leak in an adjoining spot. 2 feet away from original leak area repair. Called to advise. Jami showed same day and found another leak on top of chimney. Fixed it at no charge. This is an outstanding outfit. I will use him again any time.
