This work was needed due to extensive debris from bird nesting activity over many years. An access panel had to be cut into the ceiling to remove all the bird nest debris from the inter-floor ceiling cavity. Finally, the ceiling sheet rock was repaired. Excellent work! Highly recommended!

I called William (JP) Pruett because we have used his handyman services before and he has always provided reasonably priced professional quality work. One entire side of my backyard fence had rotted and fallen down. HOA guidelines for my neighborhood specify cedar pickets. I also wanted a horizontal sacrificial "rot board" on the bottom to protect the pickets from ground contact. JP's proposal included the following: 6' x 6" cedar pickets, anchor posts set 24" in the ground with a full 60 lb bag of cement, two rail system with 2" x 4" x 16' top rail to promote rigidity by having less joints, 2" x 6" rot board on bottom, hot dipped galvanized nails with ring shanks for longevity, tear down and haul off of all old fence material. JP arrived with his crew on promised date and time. He was on site most of the time. He checked the work of his crew closely, regularly and frequently - issuing instructions, directions, and corrections. The crew were responsive to my concerns (e.g. being mindful of the position of sprinkler heads located close to the fence line). JP also carefully supervised the cleanup of the site and hauling off of all old material. I was pleased that there was no old fence material left behind when the work was completed. I have included some before and after pics. Highly recommended!
