International Floors and Cleaning

We hired this company with the guarantee that they would stand behind their work. We had them refinish our living room and had them repair a small area (3 ft X 18 inches). The area repaired had had a small pet accident many years prior and at no time did the area expand. Cosmetically we just wanted it changed out. Floor was refinished along with the repair and within 2 months the area repaired became warped and discolored. We contacted the owner, explained the situation, he attributed the situation to high humidity. This condition was not present prior to their repair. Whatever they did or didn't do directly resulted in this situation. The owner came out, the wood was removed, he requested that we seal off the outlet in the middle of the floor where the repair was needed. He had previously told us that he would repair the area for free, but if it happened a second time that he would charge us. We did as he requested. After we contacted him and told him the area had been sealed he reneged on repairing the area for free. He quoted us $850 for the repair. The original refinishing and repair quote was $1,350 of which $360 was the itemized repair. The owner clearly does not stand behind his work and contends his crew did everything properly even though he was never here to see what they did. They overlooked proper clean up and left our baseboards stained. This too he said he would fix for free, but has now chosen to ignore. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

The crew did an adequate job of removing post construction dust. During the 1st walkthrough of the home, I made the mistake of not pointing out every single surface that I wanted cleaned after Diego assured me that his crew did this type of work frequently and knew what they were doing. I wouldn't call what they did a ?detail clean?... many surfaces were missed. He did send the crew back to ?touch up? at no cost. Neither my spouse or I were available to do a 2nd walkthrough on the only day his crew was available to ?touch up?. Unfortunately we continue to find a noticeable amount of dust in drawers, wall surfaces, etc.

This home used to be from smokers, the tile had embedded buildup Nicotine and some greasy grout by the kitchen. International cleaning took care of the deepest dirt and sticky nicotine built up. I recommend them 100%.

They revived my 18 year old wood floors! Many years of furniture scratches completely gone. Very impressive.

We got a call right away, they came and gave us a quote and we scheduled the appointment . The night before the appointment we got a phone call requesting we change the date of service which we did. They showed up on time for the second appointment and did a really great job. They were gentle and professional and showed great respect for our home and belongings. We talked to them about having them come once or twice a year to "spring clean". They vacuumed curtains and cleaned walls etc. We recommend them for sure. Great job!

I couldn't be happier with my floors.

They arrived quite early the first day and came back 2 days later, which delayed other contractors. They did not clean out the empty cabinets as requested, clean the laundry room or the stairs and railing. The kitchen was only minimally done.
