"The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."

"Don't do it. The company is a SCAM! Just google Keystone Home Pros Lawsuits and count the number. I wish I had known to do that when we started. We paid them a substantial amount of money to add a covered patio to our house. The subcontractors had zero oversight. What was built is not to code and our home was damaged in the process. We paid our own windstorm engineer to inspect what is done and it must all be ripped off and started over. What is there cannot even be upgraded to reach windstorm certification. Sam came out in July to review with promises to correct the issue. Nothing was done. After our lawyer contacted them in Sept, Sam came out in Oct with further promises to "Make it right." They then ghosted us. Just run away."
