At first Sean was very helpful and eager to help me get the project done before and event I was hosting. Everything was going smoothly but he was unable to finish before the event I was hosting because supposedly there were delays with powder coating and one of his cutting tools had broken and he was trying to improvise to get it finished. He was still working on the fence during the party. He took final payment on the day of my event and then discovered after powder coating and install of everything he now realized there was no welded plate the gate was supposed to close against. In other words the gate would swing and the way through and never stop. I am still amazed this could have been missed. They also installed a silver key pad knowing that I had ordered there black one. I was told several times it would be replaced it was just temporary. He also failed to cut the tops of several of the posts to the same height. So after supposedly being done he had to remove the gate and weld in the plate so the gate would stop when closing it. And instead of this being powder coated with the rest of the gate, he spray painted it and swears it will not rust. A few days after completing this the gate now has spots that are showing rust and it will not close without lifting up on the gate. When he installed the latch he used sheet metal screw heads that are fairly large and now that the fence sags a bit, the gate now hits these screw heads when you try and close the gate. They have scratched the spray painted part and it looks terrible and works even worse. I have made a thousand calls and texts being as forgiving as I possibly could to allow him to correct and complete the project. For the first several weeks he has made several excuses and always mentions a supposed boss named Greg who I don’t believe actually exists. He claims I’ll email or tell Greg multiple times and “Greg” has never once communicated with me. And all phone numbers I see anywhere online are Sean’s. So I do t believe there is a Greg. Regardless neither of them have truly competed this project and for the last several weeks now Sean has ignored al of my calls and texts about the repairs. So he got the money, I have a sagging rusting gate that won’t close without lifting it, and it still has the lock I did not want. I gave Twin City every opportunity to make this right before writing a negative review but they left me no other choice. I would strongly advise anyone to trust their project with another provider.
Description of Work: I needed a breezeway fence installed with a keypad gate.
