We have used this service for a couple of years for a bi-weekly cleaning. When we started we had a consistent crew who were good. Except, they had problems with the alarm system (they clean when we are not home and need to disarm/re-arm the alarm). We finally got this straightened out and all was OK. Recently the cleaning has been inconsistent. I've called several times and asked them to thoroughly dust the bedroom because of allergies. This week when I got home and checked the cleaning, they hadn't dusted one of the night stands, the platform around the bed, and the floor under the nightstands and bed hadn't been cleaned. There is also some furniture in the living room that hadn't been properly dusted in a long time (I'd been leaving it to see if they ever dusted it). I called and complained about the lack of dusting and floor. They sent the crew back. The dusting and floor in the bedroom are now perfect, but they still didn't do the furniture specified in the living room. We've cancelled our service and are moving on to another service.

It was awful. I had problems with them on a previous occasion, but I decided to give them a second chance. They gave me an appointment time of 11 o'clock, but they arrived nearly 2 hours early when I wasn't home and failed to call me about this. They came back right around 11:00 and told me about their early arrival and began to work. The mopheads and dusters which they brought were filthy and gray, so I allowed them to use mine. One of the cleaners actually broke my duster while cleaning and took it with them. Eventually, the owner called the cleaners and told them that they needed to leave my house and move on to the next customer. This was infuriating since they hadn't finished cleaning my house at all. Furthermore, I was told that the charge would be $92.00, but I was actually billed for $102.00. I called Max, the owner, to inquire, and he said it was because the cleaners had stayed later when, as mentioned previously, they didn't even finish the job. I told him about their early departure, and I informed him of the broken duster. He replied that I should have let the cleaners use their own supplies and that wouldn't have happened. It was the worst cleaning experience in my life.

Service was ok. Cleaning was acceptable but not great. The cleaners were nice but uncomfortable around our large dog. We specifically requested a consistent crew which was good with dogs but this didn't happen to our satisfaction.

The first time they cleaned they did a thorough job. We hired them on a bi-weekly basis, and after a few months I really noticed the inconsistency in cleanings. I realized that some of my very own cleaning supplies went missing, and every time they cleaned, they seemed to miss something different - whether it was not cleaning the shower, or not dusting any tables. The last straw was when I got home and noticed (right away, I may add) that they failed to mop the entire hardwood downstairs of my house. When I called to complain, I was offered a nominal discount off my next cleaning . . . no thanks. Not to mention that the maids rarely if ever spoke English, which made it near impossible to communicate.

They cleaned a series of times from the spring to fall. My pearls are always kept in the same place, and around the holiday time I noticed that they weren't there. They have cleaned since I've last worn them. I have searched my home high and low, emptying every shelf and cabinet to find them. I contacted the company about the situation and was accused of hawking them myself and was told that that no one would believe me because I just noticed the pearls missing over the holidays. They company is bonded, licensed and insured, but they are making no effort nor taking any responsibility. They are also advertising as a member of the BBB, and they don't have a record in Houston. I originally hired them because of their high recommendations and they are licensed, bonded and insured. I have filed a police report the company not been responsive to this issue.

Initial contact resulted in good response and follow-up on appointment. After cleaning follow-up was non existent Two hispanic ladies did a great job on two of three floors. However, the ground floor (combination of tile & wood) was only washed marginally and area mats were not vacuumed. Part of problem was difficult communication - little understanding of english. This might have lead to confusion since they were ''asked'' not to dust certain china items in this area. Didn't get follow-up call, so called owner after 1 week & explained disappointment. He offered some reduction in any subsequent cleaning.

WITH EACH VISIT, THEY HAVE DONE A SPECIAL THING, LIKE THIS WEEK, THEY MOVED THE DEN FURNITURE AND VACUUMED UNDERNEATH EVERYTHING. THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN A REAL PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.
Description of Work: ONE FIRST TRIP TO GIVE THE HOUSE A COMPLETE GOING OVER, THEN EVERY TWO WEEKS. WE WERE QUITE IMPRESSED WITH THE SPEED AND EFFICIENCY OF THE CREW. VERY COMPREHENSIVE.
