The electricians did good work, cleaned up after the work was done.

Three of them showed up and got all repairs and fittings done on time and cleaned up

I truly wanted this to be a top-notch review, but the work was not top-notch. To begin with, the first day was a dizzying back and forth of when the guys would arrive. Then during the job the tech said he had no wire and needed to go to the hardware store to get screws. I mean, no wire, for an electrician? lack of standard screws for outlets? So they finished the ceiling fan installation upstairs (and got power to my sons room- which was great) but did not do a good job of cleanup from the attic insulation that came down during the working in there. The second guy (backup to the first guy) had a kid working with them, he was maybe 14 climbing a ladder that was 12+ ft , made me cringe to think if there were to be an accident. After installation of the downstairs ceiling fan they left. After they left, we discovered that it was not hung straight/perpendicular to the floor ( the ceiling was sloped) so the fan made a lot of noise when on medium and was scary on high. The next day a different fellow returned to install a light fixture as agreed upon the day before. We got him to install the light and check on the noisy fan downstairs. He got the fan straight by removing a collar (he said this was not designed for the angle of my particular ceiling). Now its quiet but missing a piece to cover the base. Again probably not their fault but i think that a more careful installation could have been done to 1)ensure it was straight and 2) that the collar fitted well before leaving or an alternative path was suggested. They quoted me for a second set of work due to a broken pipe in a ceiling, but it seems high, I will get some more quotes and vet better before beginning the work. Summary: They got the job done, took a very long time the first day, and got better the second day. I was nervous about having the kid work on the tall ladder and the lack of parts made me feel like they were not very prepared. They were very courteous, especially Israel and Maria on the phone.

Two electricians worked hard to untangle a confusing series of short circuits after a flood. The spokeswoman on the phone originally quoted a price that seemed very reasonable, and the final charge was 75% of the original quote.

Perez responded immediately and repaired the electrical breaker, and had us up and running in no time. I feel the price was good, considering the urgency of the repair.

The tech was very professional, friendly and honest, economical and did not change price. Was prompt and dependable.

They came on time and installed 4 spot lights on my high sealing professionally. Gave me the warranty and paperwork. Two months later one of the light went out. I called three times to schedule maintenance based on my warranty. No one show up and last time they hanged up on me If you want to stay in the market, you should honor your warranty

Quick, experienced, and friendly

The contractor came on schedule and installed 3 pendant lights that we purchased. They are level with each other and look great! My only disappointment is that the lights are dirty from installation and I have to get onto the counter to clean them. But, all in all, a very good experience. I'll use Perez as we install our ceiling fans.
