Great work. Very knowledgeable

Horrible Customer Service, the technician started off being very professional until I asked for him to fix his work and adjust the fan coverings. I also asked for the screws that came in each of the boxes to mount the fan remote. His response was it did not come with any. instead of saying he had thrown them away with the boxes. After the job was completed the account ladies immediately begin calling stating that you have 5 minutes to pay for the service and there is no digital form of payment. It is only cash, check, or Zelle which they did not communicate upfront. Once I explained that information was not provided upfront they miraculously had a way to send a digital invoice, but then begin stating the link would expire in 5 minutes. I would not recommend using this company at all.

Perez electric went over and beyond the call of duty. Maria in customer service was very helpful and the technicians were very knowledgeable.

Workers were on time and did an efficient job. They explained what they were doing and were very polite. I would recommend them for anyone who wants a wired doorbell installed or a surge protector for their home.

Changed out 4 breakers that were 15 amp to 20 amp; about a $30 part, so around $50 each for labor. Took only 30 minutes to actually do the work. Not sure if that's the greatest value but it's done. Fast and pretty affordable service. Didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment; pretty much next day service.

Did not have the proper tools to finish the job. They had to go to Home Depot to purchase sealant. Had to borrow my caulking gun and putty knife to finish the job. Had to call the office for them to come back because one light was miss aligned.

Good electricians. Added an outdoor switch needed to complete the project. Completed the work on time, cleaned up the area. Well done. I would hire them again.

This opinion is made based on photos, Tenant feedback and remote experience with the company. I was not present on site during the work. The job seems complete as promised and any issues that came up were quickly resolved.

They got there at the time they said they would and we done before they said they would, they cleaned up every thing they used and i am greatly satisfied with there work. Very professional.

Two electricians from Perez electric company came in and quickly dismantled my ceiling fan that was broken and installed our new one. They had facial coverings on,they were very polite,worked quickly and left with no mess. On top of that the cost was perfect!

They did a great job and were much cheaper than Mister Sparky. I would hire again for future needs.

My problem with the technician was that he spoke no English. I do not speak Spanish, therefore I could not communicate with him. I could not ask him the questions that I had. I think the job was completed. NO I would not hire them again because I could not talk to them. Even though they did OK with my job, I will not hire them again because I cannot speak to them in English.

Had a power surge that knocked out a GFCI plug as well as the photocell that runs our exterior lights. Perez responded immediately to my service request and got me scheduled for a visit the next day which was a Saturday. Never expected to find an appointment that quickly! Within a couple of hours the problems were corrected but with the caveat that of course we'd have to wait until nightfall to ensure the photocell was working properly. It unfortunately still did not work, but Perez sent someone out again on Monday who located an additional issue that they corrected and now we're fully functional again. There was no additional charge for the second trip or the troubleshooting. Between the two visits we located an additional GFCI plug that had been blown in the surge which Perez also fixed. It was in a hard to reach area and was not originally installed as securely as I would have liked. Perez corrected the prior electrician's shoddy workmanship (without us specifically asking) when re-installing the blown plug. There was a slight language barrier issue on the second visit, but we worked it out with a call to the office as intermediary.

I had them replace one of the 110 breakers necessary to run my 220 dryer because the dryer repairman couldn't do it. The dryer repairman diagnosed the problem, and Perez fixed it for me. I had to wait a whole week for the dryer repairman to come look at my problem, but Perez Electric sent someone the very next day! He was terrific. He was pleasant , professional, handled everything and was finished in no time, so I would definitely use them again! The price was reasonable, too. It hurt to have to pay two different people to solve my problem, but even that the price was fair.

I used this company to do help prepare me for my business' city inspection and not only did they give a free estimate, they were nice, courteous, prompt and professional. I passed my electrical inspection with the city...there were no issues! You guys were amazing!!

I used Valera electrical to run 220V cable from circuit break outside the house through the attic in the garage to install fast charger. The workers were professional and they did the job on time. The quote was competitive and lot more affordable than other electricians. I also used them to replace a GFCI on a circuit breaker on another property . They are good people to work with. They do get busy but if you are patient it is worth it. -Mo

We were quoted a higher price initially. When we received the written cost, it was $400 cheaper. The installer was good. The installed lights are cheap.
