 + -1 moreThe owner came out the day after I called them and gave me a really good price. The day after that, they installed the unit and did a great job. I'm really pleased with the AC unit and my utility bill has dropped.

 + -1 moreCalled Pete 7:15 Monday morning he was there by 9:30 that same Morning. He assessed what needed to be done. He wrote up a price telling exactly what he was going to do with parts numbers and everything. Tuesday it was installed Wednesday he came by and inspected the work. His bid is what he charged no surprises. I have dealt with this man and company on several A/C projects in my home always with the same result. He is my go to guy for my A/C and heat. I have seen results in my monthly electric bills.
Description of Work: replaced upstairs A/C unit In and outside.

Offered a FREE ESTIMATE with no service charge for coming the first time (something others do not offer, even though their services list "Free Estimate"). I live in the Katy area, and his service was prompt and excellent.

Description of Work: This company has done a lot of work in my home. Replacing a furnace, ductwork, and now the coil and compressor of the A/C. Pete told me how much and that's what it was. A very competitive price. I will use him in the future, and recomend him to anyone who asks.

Description of Work: I called at 10:30 PM on a Friday night and got his answering machine. I promptly hung up. Then I joined Angie's List to try and find a reliable, honest, A/C company that wouldn't charge a fortune for weekend hours. Within 10 minutes of joining, Pete Lopez (the owner) called me back. He was polite and didn't mention that I hung up. He convinced me that he was honest and reliable. Well, he was! He came out the next day (he would have come out that night, but his trucks were on another emergency). In 10 minutes he had the problem diagnosed. He showed me the part. Explained everything clearly. Dropped his $70 service charge because I let him fix it (it was the capacitor). He even gave me a better part! I cannot rave more about this young man, president of a family-owned business. He was clean, neat, prompt, and reasonable. I was very, very pleased. If you need someone in the SW area of town -- he's your guy!!!!! They also have a reasonable HVAC service plan I intend to sign up for. Really, you cannot go wrong with this company.

In the end we were so pleased with his honesty and integrity we decided to replace both units. he also re-worked our duct work and I have never had such balanced air as I do now.!! His Price was reasonable and he did a FABULOUS Job!!!!
Description of Work: replacement of 14 seer Trane equipment.. 2 outside condensers, 2 evaporator coils, and alter and redesign of duct work...
