Robert did an amazing job he had to order the part as soon as it came in even though it was after hours he brought it and installed it no problem.

We were very happy with the work performed. The owner and his workers were polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this company, I would use them for any future services I may need done.

We called because our unit was not cooking we assumed our aged unit needed replacing. The came out within 3 hours despite the fact it was Sunday. To my surprise they informed me it was an easy and inexpensive fix. The did a great job of educating us on our unit and options should we choose to replace the equipment.

I contacted Robert after reading those great reviews. Robert lived up to expectations. He was courteous, punctual, with great knowledge and has very good prices. He doesn’t charge high prices as others. He really make them affordable. Robert opened up my outdoor condenser unit and found the condenser coil leaking freon. He handled all the warranty work and got it replaced quickly. I would definitely hire him again.

Good Earth Air Conditioning and Heating LLC has been servicing my older HVAC unit for over 5 years. Service has always been prompt and fair. Last fall after a small repair, Good Earth advised that the 15 year old unit at my home was reaching the end of it's lifespan. Good Earth provided details about the various options on the market, budgetary pricing and explained I could wait for the unit to fail or contact them when I was ready to replace the system. As I did not want to get caught in the middle of the summer with a non repairable HVAC system, I contacted Good Earth at the beginning of the month to replace my HVAC system. Good Earth responded quickly and provided superb communication through emails and phone calls. An installation date and expectations were set. Good Earth arrived on the installation day approximately 30 minutes early and finished 1.5 hours early. The service during installation was A+, explanation of activities was given, crew protected the home, cleaned up behind themselves in the home and in the yard. Overall, great service and pricing.

Robert responded promptly to our concerns and showed up the same evening. Have us a very reasonable price. He explained and gave us several options. Showed us videos and pictures of our corroded pipes. Service was great and price is competitively cheaper.

Requested service through our home warranty plan on 3/15 for two units. Contractor has two business days to contact the customer. Did not hear from company by 3/19, and contacted the home warranty provider. They spoke with Good Earth and informed us that we would be contacted the next day by Good Earth. Crickets...

Extremely well! Robert was efficient, reliable, and honest. We were selling our home, and the buyer’s inspector was requesting an expensive repair. Robert evaluated our air conditioner, said it did not need the work the buyer was requesting, validated his inspection and needed work with pictures and thorough explanation of why the buyer’s work was unnecessary. End result: buyer’s inspector agreed with Robert, and we saved $1600 for unnecessary repairs.—I would definitely trust Good Earth for any future work!

I just purchased a new home and the system was not operating correctly. I used the contractor that was recommended to me and he told me I needed to replace the whole system! I wanted a second opinion and I remembered that I used Good Earth and Heating before. So I called Robert and he came out the next day. After he looked at it, I actually didn't need anything replaced at all. The first company was trying to sell me an entire new unit cause mine was old. Robert with Good Earth and Heating went through the system and told us all we needed was a system cleaning and to tape up some of the air ducts that were blowing straight into the attic. Now the system is working like it should and we don't have any complaints! Good Earth and Heating literally just saved us over $9,000 dollars - I guarantee I wont use another company ever again!

I priced several companies to replace my inlaw’s AC u it at their residence. Good Earth Air Conditioning and Heating had the best price and warranties compared to the rest of the companies. He was punctual and very considerate of our questions. I would most definitely use his services again.

We had previously used another company listed through our warranty a few short months prior to it breaking again. We found Robert through a good reference from a neighbor and he not only fixed the system properly, but explained what went wrong last time (for the record, do NOT use Custom Comfort), and what needed to be done this time, for what we felt to be an extremely reasonable price. Grateful to Robert for his time and work. He’s the professional we will use going forward, and we highly recommend him.

Our unit is only 5 years old and already needing new coils. We had someone recommended by neighbors who came out and filled the Freon. He told us our coils had a leak and we would need new ones. He would check the extended warranty we told him we had and get back to us. Never heard from him again. Of course with a leak the unit stopped cooling as it should so we called Robert with Good Earth who was recommended to us by a family member. We checked Angie's list and saw the good reviews. Robert came out, confirmed we had a leak, filled the Freon and said he would order the coils and be back out to take care of everything. Robert and his crew just finished replacing the coils and filling the Freon. They all were courteous, professional and cleaned up when they finished. We feel Robert did an excellent job at a fair price. Highly recommend him and his company. Have the utmost confidence in his ability to take care of all our AC and heating needs in the future.

I first used Good Earth AC a few years ago when a fan motor on the compressor went out on a Sunday. I called another ac company to come out and replace that part when they got here they discovered they did not have that motor. So they charged me a service charge and left me an estimate stating what it would cost to replace it the next day. After reviewing the estimate i felt it was way too high for that repair. The next morning i cancelled that appointment and a coworker gave me the number to Good Earth AC. Robert the owner gave me an estimate over the phone and replaced the part that afternoon and saved me hundreds of dollars.So when my ac was not cooling properly i called Robert again and after discussing what was going on with the system i asked him to give me an estimate to replace the entire unit. After reviewing the estimate i felt it was a good price for the system i was getting. The system was ordered and installed about 5 days later with no issues. You can look at the install and tell that they take pride in their work everything is neat. Robert also came back out and solved an air flo issue in a bedroom so if you are looking for a an AC company that you can trust to do good work for a fair price look no further.

Previous quotes from other companies were much higher and they were going to do things we didn't need. Robert was working at another unit in our townhome complex and was willing to come down after he finished. He gave us a quote, explaining everything as he did so then emailed the detailed quote the same afternoon. We scheduled the service. He showed up on time along with his crew. They did a fantastic job. The new unit is running smooth as silk, has much better air flow, and is much quieter than our old (circa 1999) unit. Robert and his crew were very professional and friendly. He explained everything about the new unit clearly. I highly recommend Good Earth for your HVAC needs!!

Robert, the owner of good earth ac and heating was the person that actually came out to my home. I really expected to have a fast talking salesman come out like I had previously from 2 other companies. He went over every aspect of my system with me, and went into detail about every single question I had about different types of systems and different efficiency rating certain equipment comes with. I had initially wanted to install a ultra high efficiency system 18 to 21 seer to try to save money on my high electric bills. I received quotes for carrier and trane and I was overwhelmed with what the cost would be. Robert went through my whole house and looked at my windows, insulation, vents, existing ducts and came up with the conclusion that the high efficiency systems that I wanted would not benefit me unless I had a lot of home improvements done on my home. after he informed me of what he thought, I had an energy audit done on my home and low and behold he was 100% right. I find it funny that none of these other salesman would go into detail about my best interest when it comes to spending as much money as I was fixing to spend. I called Good Earth back and Robert came out again and I let him know that I double checked the information he had given me, and I was extremely satisfied with his honesty and I would go with what he thought would be the best fit for my home. He quoted me a 16 seer goodman system with r-8 flex. I had to ask him about the quality of the equipment he was quoting me and we actually looked at reviews on line. To my findings all of the big name brands had horrible reviews also, and we began another conversation about the way all equipment are made with almost the same parts, just in different places. I had to do my due diligence and research this also, to find out he was again 100% right. All in all we spent about 3 1/2 total hours going over all the information from start to finish and he did not complain one single time. This is what I call customer service, and he did it with a smile. My system was put in and it was a 16 seer goodman complete system with all ductwork. Now this is the part that surprised me the most, Robert came back by to drop off all my warranty paperwork and he hand me a certificate that has my system being covered for 10years for all parts, then on top of that I have a 10 year labor warranty. For 10 years my a/c and heating repairs will not cost me a single penny. I will never use another a/c company again and I will refer to everyone I know. Many thanks to good earth a/c and heating for saving me over 5 grand on this home improvement.

Robert the owner of good earth ac and heating came out personally and met my husband at our rental property in Stafford. After receiving 2 other prices on system replacement good earth came in a little under $2500.00 less than our lowest bid, and it was the exact equipment the other companies were pricing for us. At the time of installation the installers ran plenty of covers for our carpet and completed the job in about 4 1/2 hours when the other guys quoted it would take 8 to 10 hours to complete for the same job. Good earth ac and heating went above and beyond and registered our new equipment for the longer warranty period. I must say my husband and I were pleased from start to finish with Good Earth Ac and Heating.

It went beautifully. Robert and his team were amazing. They did a quick turn around, offered competitive rates and different options and were pleasant to work with.
