When installing occurred I found that the new water heater was the exact same residential brand I had (just a newer model) and was only $1800 . The rest of the $9000 was apparently for them to take out the old one, and put the new one and the same spot with the same plumbing. So I was charged $7000 for less than 2 hours of work. When I called and complained about being mislead and lack of billing transparency, I was told that this is just how they do it. Call any other company if you want transparency and truthfulness and fair pricing."
