Description of Work: I have used them twice and each time the air went down the next day. Called another ac company and they said the Freon cap was not closed entirely so Freon had leaked out. On another call at a house in Rosenberg they were called out to check ac, it had been working but I wanted a check up and shortly after their check up the air went down. They came out again the next day and wanted $600.00 to replace a part and another service call. |Will never call them again.

Response from Custom Comfort Air
We have not been to this address since Oct. 11, 2011. This address has 2 complete systems we installed that have 10 year parts and labor warranty. If they had called us, they would not have paid anything. It would be under warranty until 2018. I'm sorry if they got our company mixed up with another one. There are several companies in our service area with similar names. Perhaps it was another company that you dealt with. We always honor all warranties and would be happy to help if we can.

We bought our air conditioner from them five years ago. They are always nice, warm and courteous. They send out the same guy every year. He was really nice. He’s always doing his stuff the right way. They don’t bug us. They were very good and honest. We got the air conditioner from them five years ago at a really good price. We’ve never had a problem with it. They were responsive. They answer and they get people out there. They are punctual. They have a five hour window time frame. They were here during that time. They were real good. We would use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: We used Custom Comfort Inc for our heating and air conditioning. We used their services last week. They come out every year and service it. They replaced the attic filter. They cleaned all the tubes; it had a lot of dirt in them. They do a lot of stuff outside of the unit and they go from the attic and clean it. They go through wherever they can and do the cleaning of it.

I have used Custom Comfort Services for many years now. We are always very pleased with their fast service. I called them recently about a problem with our new air conditioner and they came right out and replaced the fan at no charge to us. The service men are very thorough and efficient when they come to you re home.
Description of Work: I had a new air conditioner put in my home by Custom Comfort. Recently my Air Conditioner stopped working and I called Custom Comfort. They were right out to check things for me. The fan stopped working, so they replaced it at no charge as we have a warranty on our new system.
