We had 33 windows replaced in mid July when it was 100 degrees +. Our job was slated to take them 2 days. Tim and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They worked non stop and got finished in 1 day which was amazing to us in that kind of heat. Tim and his crew are very professional and did a spectacular job paying attention to detail. Tim is honest and reliable and cares about his customers. He does what he says. We are very happy with the job and we love our new windows. We will use him for future projects and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Amazing! From start to finish the project went smoothly. Tim quoted me what was best for me and didn’t try to upsell me above my needs. We replaced 7 windows and 2 doors. He communicated about lead times and followed through on what he said he would do. Tim and his crew showed up on time, were professional and cleaned up after themselves. It went great. They arrived and started to work . The siding was done and painted. We are so pleased with the work. Tim was amazing, he sat and explained everything to us. He walked us through all the options and answered every question. With his help we picked out the perfect windows. We replaced every window in the house and we could not be happier. The installation was quick and they did an excellent job! We’ve had the windows for over a year with zero issues and absolutely love them! Our favorite part of the job was replacing some of windows that look out to the pool with a giant 12ft by 10ft 3 pane glass door. It brightened up our living room and looks stunning! You feel like you’re out by the pool while sitting in the living room. They also replaced a back door, ordered and installed blinds and did some exterior painting. We could not be happier with the quality of the windows, their work and the price. Tim and everyone at AQI are just the best!

AQI did a great job on installing my new windows. I received a number of quotes before choosing AQI and they provided a very high quality product at a very fair price. Has one little issue with a window that broke during installation but this was quickly taken care of. Would highly recommend Tim and his crew.

Tim and his team were great! We had AQI install replacement windows, replace and install new siding and trim along with re-framing a very 70s style alcove in the entry way of our home. Tim's window quote was the best and his siding quote was very competitive. Once the windows arrived Tim came in and installed 10 windows within a couple of hours. While they were cleaning them up one of the guys noticed little imperfections on the low-e coating of a few panes. (something as homeowners we wouldnt have noticed) Before even pointing it out to us. Tim had his guy on the phone letting the factory know they needed to ship us new panes of glass. The windows look beautiful. and were installed with precision and care. The siding job took a little over a week and his team was fantastic. They worked hard, cared for our house like it was theirs and did the little things right. They showed up on time everyday, and cleaned up after everyday. We were so happy with AQI we went ahead of schedule with anther project and had Tim replace an existing patio wall and make it into a wall of glass. Tim and his crew came in a had the entire wall demoed and re-framed, windows and door installed and us water tight within a day. They came out the next day and finished the siding, dry-walled and painted the inside and out on they next. AQI is by far the best contractor I have worked with. Answered all my questions, returned all my phone calls and genuinely seemed to care about his work and reputation. Any other projects we have in the future Tim and AQI will be my go to. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Tim and crew did an amazing job. Exterior of house looks better than new. New windows make a huge difference. All that said best part was Tims personal buy in throughout the whole process. He was always accessible and always on time. Felt very comfortable start to finish.

Tim and his crew were extremely polite and professional. They changed out almost all of our windows and we couldn't be happier. Quality job all around!

We are extremely pleased with the finished product - the crews did excellent work and obviously paid attention to even tiny details. Watching them work and the care and precision they took with every measurement gave us high level of confidence. Dealing with Tim Adams as General Contractor was great, he treated our project as if it was his own home. The AQI project bid was definitely competitive with the 3 other contractors we contacted. There may be slightly less expensive choices out there but I doubt they would approach this level of quality. Tim has high quality crews doing windows, doors, siding, painting and most other exterior work. We give Tim and AQI our strongest recommendation.

The crew was fantastic! They were on time and made sure to put down drop cloths and tarps to minimize the mess. They were very careful with anything they needed to move. When everything was done they cleaned up the areas really well and put everything back the way it was.

In one word - Awesome! Tim and his crew are true professionals. Tim gave us a realistic time to get the windows ordered (Wincore 8800 Impact Windows with 3 panes and laminated glass - no hurricane boards or shutters required) and installation scheduled. He and his crew arrived on the day he said he would and 6 guys installed 28 windows in a little over 9 hours. You could tell they all had worked together for quite some time. And when they were done every window was cleaned and all debris collected and hauled off. I have not had a better experience with almost any kind of business transaction. Definitely recommend Tim if you need windows!

Incredible. Extremely punctual! Team of six completed work with incredible quality windows. Did thorough cleanup inside and out. Wow, are we impressed!

It was flawless. Everything was done (22 windows) in one day. No damage, great workmanship, no mess, every window cleaned before they left. Blinds were removed for installation, then replaced. Recent storm showed that windows and caulking were flawless. BTW - this is the second time we've hired this company to replace our windows. They did good work the first time that we had this requirement, too.

Very well! Tim Adams was most helpful, and his team of expert workers were professional, punctual, skilled, polite, able to communicate and offer suggestions when needed. They always cleaned the debris on the job each day and were respectful of my property and garden plants. My satisfaction was a priority with each job. The price for each job was significantly lower than other bids I received. I am confident that I will call Tim again for whatever jobs I have. As with any project, the client is eager to see it finished, but we must wait for materials and a time slot on the worker schedule, so my biggest suggestion is to be patient!

All went well; products were excellent quality, work team was professional, polite, and cleaned up debris during and after the job was complete. Our satisfaction was a priority to Tim and his team. His price beat all other bids we were given.

Tim Adams has what I call old school ethics. You just don't find much of it anymore. And the people that work for him set a very close second in those standards! For price and quality of workmanship you will NOT find better out there. There is no harder judge, than my hubby and I, of standards of excellence in people and their word and workmanship.
