Description of Work: The settlement of legal action taken against this LLC prevents me from discussing particulars of the suit, including acknowledgement of negligence or wrongdoing. I would recommend talking to other builders, tradesmen, and service providers in the area and ask for their opinion.

+ -1 moreI have been very satisfied with the construction of my home. During the design phase my wife and I changed almost everything about our original floor plan. The builder was very easy to work with and had updated blueprints drawn up at no additional cost. The construction was completed within a timely fashion and I absolutely love the house. The followup for the first year was a little rough. The foreman in charge of our house seemed to be having some issues keeping up with his projects. By the time our warranty expired there were several minor issues that had still not been addressed. I contacted the owner directly who ensured me he would have the issues resolved quickly...and he did. Come to find out the foreman no longer worked for Eagle Ridge (unsure if fired or quit). The owner came over and inspected the issues we still had and within a week they were taken care of. I would recommend Eagle Ridge Builders to any of my family and friends, therefore, I recommend them to you!
