 + 0 moreHe's conscientious, he calls just before he arrives and lets you know he's coming. He's always arrives on time. He explains everything very well as he goes along unless you're not interested in hearing.
Description of Work: I used Mr Rooter Of Rockwall And Kaufman County for plumbing services to clear the toilet that was stopped up.

 + -1 moreOverall Mr Rooter does quality work. Very punctual and they guarantee their work for one year. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Plumbing leak. Repairman extremely punctual and professional. He did the repair I called about and found another leak I did not know I had. I have used them three or four times and have been extremely pleased each time.

 + 0 moreExcellently! -- Arrived on time, actually a little early. Went right to work. Discovered the problem and were able to clear the pipes in a timely and efficient manner.
Description of Work: Washing machine was not draining properly --- backing up into kitchen sink. Glenn and Mark scoped out and cleaned all pipes (with a snake) as well as discovering a break in one of the pipes. --- They were very nice, professional and skilled.

water heater repair
 + -1 moreOverall, the service was excellent. From the nice lady who takes the calls to the plumber, I was very satisfied. The plumber even checked our dishwasher when I asked him to, and showed us in detail the problem with it with no extra charge. I will dial their number again if I have another problem.
Description of Work: We asked them to check on our water heater which keeps shutting off several times every day. The guy who came looked very professional and was courteous. He replaced the thermostat of the water heater in no time.

 + -1 moreThey come on time, they're so clean, so respectful of the home, and leave my place better than they found it every time. The will also generally give you a year warranty for their work, which I really appreciate.
