+ -1 moreLooked great, but had problems with slope after recent rainstorms. Pergola puller eaves away from house and water drains toward house rather than away from house. Called their representative, but he hasn't returned my calls. Called the President and he had a guy come by within a few days. It's been two weeks and haven't heard anything. Left voice messages with the representative and at the office he hasn't returned my calls.

+ -1 moreThey have not shown up to fix my sprinkler. They have been contacted twice in one week. Still no one has shown up.
Description of Work: It is what the provider does not do that is especially at issue here. It is like pulling teeth to get them to come out. They make excuses why they can not or do not make any excuses at all. They never contact the customer for updates. They are by far the worst company to get to come out and fix what they say is under their warranty.
