Triple Crown Pools

They started out very nice. But when we contacted them to finish service after payment we only got one call saying they would get back to us. Three weeks later and ten calls later I get a text messing cussing at me for calling and threatening me that no one will touch my pool. And him asking me if that's understood. Be warned.

I started using Tim in the fall twice a month. There were no problems then. I told him I had problems with the pool last year and he assured me he had a no green pool guarantee. Sure enough when it got warm pool started going green. He said it was because I has not upgraded to his triple crown service which I did beginning in May. After his service call in early May on the pool we called him about some things we wanted him to check. He would promise to come by but never would show up. As May went on pool got worse and things between us were not working out. We agreed to go to the end of May with the service as I had already paid my $175.00. In the next few weeks the pool turned to pea green soup. He blamed the rain, he was robbed, he was retiling someone's pool, and couldn't come over, excuse after excuse but he never did anything about my pool being green. I kept my emails from him where he said it took time for the chemicals to build up in the pool before his no green guarantee worked. A quote from his email "it's not like magic and works the next day". He also told me in email dated 5/27 that he would be over to shock the pool and he would not return. He didn't even show up to do that. I got a new pool service off of Angie's List. They came out and put chemicals in the pea green soup and pool started clearing up in less than an hour. It has been blue since then and I don't have to pay them extra like I did Tim for algae treatments. I sent my last email from Tim to the new pool service so they would know what was going on and they said he didn't know what he was talking about. Tim also told me he had lots of paying customers and didn't have time to give to my issues. Well I was a paying customer too and definitely did not get what I paid for. I asked for some of the money back since I paid for the no green guarantee but I never heard from him on that request.
