Very well, they were on time, prompt, efficient, cleaned-up after they finished, courteous, good guys! Good job!

Overall great work. Their deal was a bit confusing the way it was advertised. But other than that I was happy with the work.

The combined price between the price paid for the "deal" and the final charge were far higher than any "deal" should have been. The service was fine although the clog returned within two months. It felt like a bait and switch.

Great! On time, fixed quickly and fair price.

Unsatisfactory result because Sunrise didn't respond within 48 hours and I used another contractor who could schedule me.

Original response was prompt, appointment was set, called to tell me they were on the way, right on time (even a bit early), performed tasks efficiently, accomplished them satisfactorily, and had me walk through to assure satisfaction when completed.

The tech was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and was very fast. I could not have ask for more. I would use them again.

I found Sunrise Plumbing on Angie's list to replace an old water heater. Once an appointment was set, I got an email confirming the scheduled time. To my surprise the technicians showed right on the scheduled time. They explained the work and 2 hours later I have a new water heater. The technicians went over all the values, vents and other technical stuff that will pass a city inspection. Sunrise even scheduled the inspection. I would definitely have them replaced my other water heater in the future.

The replacement went smoothly. Everything was very professional. For the first few days, everything worked perfectly. The work was done on Monday, but on Friday the flood stop valve activated because there was water on and around the hot water heater. I place a call to Sunrise Plumbing at 5pm and left a message. I got no response. I called the emergency line at 11pm and left a message. No response. I called a third time the next morning around 9am and left a message. No response. The flood sensor triggered again on Sunday also due to water around my hot water heater. I am not sure why they refuse to return phone calls.

Went very well. I need to get a tile guy to replace the tiles before Andrew can complete the job. I am very pleased.

It was very good. I live in a house that's a little over 50 years old on a septic tank and he just kept working and kept working until he had everything fixed. My interactions with him were great. He's a very personable young man. The worked turned out perfect.

Technician showed up and I explained I had already started a one foot by one foot hole where the leak started. The technician spent the next hour and a half digging to enlarge the hole I had begun. He told us he could not find the pipe. He recommended we authorize $2200 to dig and install a new pipe and valves. He did not give us a good reason for not finding the pipe, and we felt he was too quick to recommend a new pipe. After two hours we asked him to stop and give us a bill. He charged $500 to enlarge the hole I started to a 2' by 2' hole. Most plumbers charge $150 per hole. The plumber we called after Sunrise dug deeper, gave us an in depth understanding of the issues with the pipes of our house, and did not charge a penny. I called Sunrise twice this week leaving a message the second time, asking for a partial refund. I have not heard back from anyone at the company. I would never hire Sunrise Plumbing for water line leaks. CONTINUATION 5-8-2017 This review is a continuation of the F review I gave earlier. Out of three plumbing companies Sunrise Plumbing was the highest by $200. We decided to go with another company but Sunrise charged us $500 to dig a approximately 2' x 2.5' hole. I included a picture. If you look to the left you will see my footprints (about 8"). Here on Angie's List the company maintains $500 is a fair price for this hole. But two other plumbing companies and two general contractors say this excavation should had been $300 at the most. Sunrise did not return my phone calls nor did they respond to inquiries by the Better Business Bureau.

Great they were here when they said they would be, did a nice install and were reasonably priced.

They came out to check up on my water heater. We ended up needing to have it replaced. They sent two people for the work. They left the area clean.

They sent out two people for the job and left no mess. They were very professional.

No work was done. Company indicated that this was not a valid deal and was a mistake.

12/05/16: Two hour plumbing service was purchased for $99 to do 1) fixing faucet; 2) replacing showerhead. 12/09/16: Scheduled 3:00-5:00 PM. Plumber did not show up. 12?14/16 Scheduled 3-5. Showed up at 4:00 PM; He said, "Water should be turned off to fix the faucet; Management Office closed at 4:00 and unable to work; He replaced showerhead and left;, I found leaking badly; one Washer was not used and left. 12/16/16 I called and asked to come and add the unused Washer. Scheduled at 3:00. Laurie Morgan said, "unless I agree to pay $39 if leaking is from something else." "Absolutely not" was my answer asking "Just install the unused Washer." Plumber did not show up at 3:00. I found out Laurie Morgan cancelled the schedule because I did not agree to pay to follow their rule and hung up on me.. 12/17/16: I called and told her I need to speak to the Manager. I attempted to talk to the Manager multiple times telling her 'This is important and urgent." She said "when the Manager is AVAILABLE he will call me." it NEVER HAPPENED YET." It's bee OVER A MONTH now. 12/24/16: I wrote 2-page report to Angie's Help Center. I expected Angie's members are protected from the abuse of those malpractice of business.

Absolutely perfect. They gave me a reminder call that the service was near. They kept me informed of the tech's arrival time. The technician, Andrew was excellent! Very neat, clean, and thorough. I will definitely use them again.

Work went well with only one small issue on the drain line. Replaced some small parts at no charge. Ensured the system was working and no leaks occurred. Also checked system pressure and operation prior to leaving. Work was outlined before and during the project and at the point we found the work could not be completed a detailed estimate of remaining works and charges were made providing a clear assessment to make an informed decision on.

Andrew was courtesy and friendly. He showed and explained what needed to be done to complete the job.

Andrew (Plumber) performed very good work and handled the complexity of the work with care and professionalism. He spent the time required to do his work, and also had to go out to pickup the accessory/part for the shower faucet (Moen 1211) from a local plumbing supply house. Andrew was quite knowledgeable about his scope of work and performed his work as such. We were quite satisfied with this work, completed in 2-1/2 hours altogether, plus cost of parts, with a 30-days warranty on the Labor part. I highly recommend Sunrise Plumbing and Andrew for this type of plumbing work.

Everything went smooth. Work was done in a timely manner.
