Mitchell came and installed a new water heater today and the experience was amazing. He knew exactly what we needed and took him no time to have the new water heater installed and running. A+ service all the way.

The price was a little high but he did a good job. He changed the faucet by installing a new tap and charged me $305. Other than the price and it was an emergency run, they were very professional and he did the job..

Started with a confirmation text of our appointment time and a picture of who to expect. Andrew arrived precisely on time and did a very professional job. I will certainly be using Sunrise for some other plumbing projects we'll be needing in the near future. Highly recommend this company!

The plumber was awesome. He got to work and finished it immediately . He was on time and did a great job. Sunrise plumbing was the most reasonable company I found. He disposed of my old water heater and put in a Rheam 40 gallon tank. He replaced the copper water lines with flexi lines. He also took cash. I only had cash at the time because my wife had the checks. One of my children was in the hospital and I had to get this job completed immediately. I called multiple company's and had two come out to the house before Sunrise. The first was going to charge me $2000. The second was going to charge me $2600. I was going to go with the second. However he would not take cash, cashiers check, or an electronic check. So consequently I could not get him to do the job. After all this I went to Angie's list and found Sunrise. They were highly rated and I see why. They are great people and a great company. I highly recommend my new plumbers. Top notch!

Andrew came out to look at the job and confirm no price adders, did the work that afternoon in a few hours. Sunrise is my new plumber! I did adjust the thermostats a bit hotter after a couple of days.

I called several plumbers, but only Sunrise was able to come that same day. (good) Andrew showed up at the end of his day. At first, I was skeptical (my mistake). He came in and gave me a quote for the work, then got going. I checked on him once, but he was almost finished by then! No need to answer many questions as Andrew knew exactly what was needed - not just what I thought was needed for the price. Clean-up was fast. No sign of water or dirt! Excellent service from Andrew! I intend to contact Sunrise for future work.

The installers arrived within the time span stated, with plenty of advance notice, even a live map of where they were. They swapped the broken heater for a brand new one, and we verified that it was working. They were done within the hour.

Work was performed as scheduled. Additional charges were explained and agreed to before the work was done.

Charged me $400 for the service, since I had already paid that much up front. Didn't seem to matter what they did, the charge was going to be the entire $400 credit. I won't do that again for a $200 repair.

The service call was $39. But then he jacked up the price to install the parts in the toilet which usually run about $15 and I ended up paying $189 after he lowered it by $25. It was originally over $200. His prices were a total rip off! I guess he's looking for one time customers. I was thinking that I would use him from now on. but because of his over inflated prices and extreme mark up on the part that is at the most $15. Please make sure to price the parts or else he'll market up.

Everything went smoothly even though it required a tight installation in a second floor water heater "closet".

He fixed the leak and cleaned the drain. I am very satisfied with his work.

The water heater was installed and tested and performed flawlessly. The installation was smooth taking a minimum of time appropriate for the high quality received. I was shown operating details and provided good advice regarding maintenance and operation.

Service with Sunrise Plumbing was super easy to schedule, and the technician was very prompt and courteous. He quickly confirmed diagnosis of the issue(s) and was communicative about the time and cost he estimated to rectify these issues. The work was finished extremely fast and looked GREAT, despite the shutoff valves being installed in a challenging manner. Another company had in fact refused the work due to the way they had originally been installed. I could not be happier with the result! The cost seemed a little high, but worth it for the quality of work and the overall ease of the experience. I would definitely use these guys again!
