Solve It Green Air Conditioning

Due to a drainage issue on the side of the house, the AC compressor pad had sunken into the ground and gone far off level. To improve drainage, I needed to build up the dirt alongside the house to correct the negative grade there. That would have been impossible without raising the AC pad to a reasonable level. Scott and Micah came out, disconnected the compressor, moved it out of the way, and built up dirt raising the slab for the compressor nearly a foot. It is a BIG compressor unit. They managed to save 100% of the refrigerant, installed a new drier, adjusted all the piping to fit to the new location, and leak-tested everything prior to releasing the refrigerant back into the system. All in all, they did a fantastic job, were very friendly and professional. This sort of work isn't their normal calling - they work on high efficiency HVAC systems, but they were still very willing to take on the job. They were referred to me by a friend who had just had some work done and liked them, who had just recently had them referred to him by some other friends who had some work done by them. Overall they were better than the top-10 rated Angie's List providers in the area, most of whom never even returned my call, and one who wanted to charge me big money just to come look at the situation to understand what I was asking to have done.
