Rockwall Contractors is owned by Ernesto Castro, who has been servicing the Dallas area for more than 20 years. We specialize in pool remodeling, outdoor living, and interior renovation. At whatever stage your project is at, we can help! We handpick the crews who work on our projects and take seriously how they perform on-site. We choose honest, hard-working, and skilled craftsmen who will complete the job up to standard. Masonry and pools are our game, and we do it well. We know where to find the best materials in the Dallas metroplex. We also understand that our customers operate under restrictions such as time and cost, so we work closely with them to scope-out a project that fits their needs. This mentality continues after we start the job, because we believe our best work happens when our customers are informed and feel comfortable giving feedback throughout the process.

We have a very old swimming pool that was in need of a make over. Earnesto knew what to do and offered different options. He Is very kind and professional.. He always checks on his crew to Make sure the work is being done correctly..He does a good job and follows up on everything to make sure it turns out great! We are Very happy with our service. I would definitely recommend him. I may actually use him for some other services in the future.

Ernesto was fantastic to work with. He was very patient with us as we asked a million questions about different pool coatings and went back and forth between quartz and pebble. Ultimately, we decided on pebble. We also changed our coping to a beautiful travertine, updated the tile on our spa wall, and changed the fiber optic lights to led. The end result is beautiful. Itâ s like we have a brand new pool. I would use Rockwall Contractors again without hesitation and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking, professional contractor who knows what theyâ re doing when it comes to pools. We are so happy with our decision.

Mr. Castro and his crew did a beautiful job remodeling and ugrading our 30 year old swimming pool. This was our pool's 2nd makeover. The work was done efficiently and every detail looks great! Mr. Castro was available to answer all our questions and his answers were accurate and well explained. He knows his business! We are very, VERY happy with our modern "new" pool! The next remodeling project for our home? Rockwall Contractors and Mr. Castro are at the top of our list.

It has been over a month since I paid this guy. There was some really poor work done and he initially agreed it was poor work and said he would send someone to fill in the pinholes and sand the rough spots of my new Quartz liner. He pretty much did not respond to text messages and calls until I told him I was going to file an unfavorable feedback... So he came out with the subcontractor that did the poor work and instead they wanted to dispute the issue. I chased them off my land. My neighbors used this guy and they have worse complaints. Bottom line is I do not recommend this guy. He says he is too busy selling to bother with making sure the work is being done right.

"Last Saturday we went to Mr. Kyle pool wanting to fix the issue but he got really upset for some reason and used bad language and kick us out of his house. We were afraid he was going to get one of his many guns and harm us. We offered him to bring a representative from the Manufacturing company to look at the pool and give us their professional opinion regarding the issue. We are more than happy to solve the issue but we will not accept disrespectful behavior from Mr. Kyle."
