Ernesto with Rockwall Contractors is the best Contractor that I've ever worked with. He never missed an appointment and his communication through out the process was perfect. He's done several projects and always comes in near original qouted price.Plan on using him again shortly to redo my media room build out.

Ernesto and his company are outstanding, I would recommend them for any work you need done. Great communication, always knew the plan and schedule for work, and the quality of the work was fantastic.

Ernesto met with us and helped us decide on the remodeling details. He set a schedule and kept the project moving on time. He checked daily on the work and was available to answer any questions or concerns we had. It has been over a month since I paid this guy. There was some really poor work done and he initially reviewed the work and said he would send someone to fill in the pinholes and sand the rough spots of my new Quartz liner. He pretty much did not respond to text messages and calls until I told him I was going to file an unfavorable feedback... So he came out with the subcontractor that did the poor work and instead they wanted to dispute the issue. I chased them off my land. My neighbors used this guy and they have worse complaints. Bottom line is I do not recommend this guy. He says he is too busy selling to bother with making sure the work is being done right.

When I hire a contractor I would expect the contractor to do quality checks of the subs they hire. I had to point out too many things that should have been taken care of like debris from the work piled up and left in my yard, mortar stains all over the rock coping that needed to be cleaned up, Missing return nozzles in the pool that are still missing. Chose a quartz plaster which part of the process is to acid wash to expose the colored quartz. There are splotches where more quarts was exposed during the process than others like the bottom close to the drain. Was told it would even out over time but has not yet.

Ernesto and Julio are both salt of the earth, honest, and extremely thorough craftsmen. We had absolutely no qualms about leaving the crews at the house alone to complete their work; absolutely trustworthy. Craftmanship of sub-contracted cabinets, countertops, and electrical work was also completed with punctuality (some delay in the cabinets) and with a thorough attention to detail. We were extremely pleased, especially considering the scope and size of the entire project.

The work was very good. pool looks great. billing was not done correctly and had to take several tries to get it right. Telling us what we had to do once the job was done was not fully told to us so we had some discussion about that and got the pool full of water and cleaned.

It was a pleasure working with Ernesto throughout the whole process. He was always quick to return our calls. The project started and ended on time and the crew did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. We are very happy with the quality of the finished product. His bid was a little higher than the others that we got but he was able to get us scheduled quicker so we went with him. We will definitely hire him for future projects.

Ernesto and team arrived on-time and performed as quoted. He identified where the water was penetrating the home and made the repair. Clean-up was good as well. Would hire again.

The work was performed timely and per the contract. It has only been a week but so far I am very satisfied with the job.

Overall, i am delighted with the final product. Ernesto was comfortable and willing to work with us and our special requests. We got to build the home we wanted, and i appreciate his can-do attitude very much. I love working with a caring, Christian man who genuinely cares about quality, fairness, and honesty.

WOW! A++++++. Ernesto is so committed to his customers. He goes WAY above and beyond to make sure things are done just the way you want them done. He is an engineer and he is extremely competent. By far the best contractor I have ever hired in my life. You MUST hire him. The work was fantastic and very prompt, and he even showed me some tips on how to work the pool equipment so that I don't need a weekly service any more! We had other bids and his price was fair especially considering the commitment to the job he and his crew showed. Hire him!!!!!

The job was carefully managed by Ernesto, and he did a great job of communication and set expectations along the way. There were a few issues, certainly not surprising on such a large job, and Ernesto followed through and resolved the issues. The quality of the workers and the work were excellent. We recommend Ernesto and his team for anyone wanting a high quality pool remodel.

Was completely informed all through the process. Was allowed input and we worked together like a team. Very modern and quality work performed with contractor following up with each step completed.
