Clark McCorkle is a handyman. He can do just about anything. He is very dependable and has reasonable prices. I asked him to do some electrical work for me. However, he asked me to get an electrician. He does the job which he is confident about. He charges $130 for a day. So, you can use him all day long. Sometimes, I have him come over and do odd jobs for me. He replaces bulbs in places where I cannot reach. Also, he replaced the motor in the fan rather than replacing the fan itself; it turned out to be cheaper for me. I have been using him since 1999. I like his honesty and integrity. I can trust him and leave him alone at my house. There have been a couple of times when I have asked him to check my roof for hail damage. He has told me honestly when the work was not needed to be done. He does not do work that does not need to be done. He comes out on time and does the work he is supposed to. Even my neighbors use him. I will definitely use his services in the future.
Description of Work: I used Rent A Man, a couple of months. He replaced two skylights. In the past, he has replaced skylights for me; he has done installations; he has painted my back fence; he stained the fence in my perimeter; he replaced roof vents in my attic; etc. Also, he replaced the motor of a fan instead of replacing the fan itself. He has done all kinds of work.
