Can't say enough good things about Pro1 Windows & Doors! The process was excellent from start to finish. Dan came out to provide an estimate, was straight forward (not too sales-y) and confident in his product. They were very competitively priced and after doing some research on their window product and comparing Pro1 against other quotes I received (4 total), it was a no-brainer. They under promised and over delivered in every way. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get the windows, they were here in 2.5. I was told scheduling installation could take some time, I was on the schedule the following week. I was told installation would take the better half of a day, they were done in 3 hours. Installation day was seamless. They over communicated about their arrival time and were respectful towards my house and furniture, making sure that things were carefully moved away as needed and covered. The windows look excellent and I am thrilled with the update to curb appeal of my home!

Rhonda at Pro1 Windows & Doors was so easy to work with - very prompt in responding to us, thorough and TIMELY from receiving our window quote all the way through to delivery, and responsive to any and all questions (and I had many, as we are building our house ourselves). So far in our building process she's been one of the most reliable vendors we've worked with and helped make choosing and delivery of windows easy for us - I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

Very smooth, professional project. Pro1 met all timelines. Workmanship was excellent. No follow up required by me from the installation of 26 windows. Installers were knowledgeable, quick, and very accommodating to some of my requests. Would recommend Pro1 for any window projects.

We loved working with Rhonda and her crew! We wanted to replace our 1970s aluminum windows and ill-fitting front door with more energy-efficient and modern-looking fixtures, and Pro1 had everything we needed in one place! Rhonda was always very responsive to questions and concerns, and the window and door crews were so polite and did such a wonderful job! We love how everything looks now, and would absolutely call Rhonda if we had any more windows and doors to replace!

From the bidding process to the finishing touches, Pro 1 was top notch! Rhonda was so great about listening to our needs and was patient with our decision process. It went GREAT! Dan was a pleasure to work with during the early phase. I had 4 different companies come and give me an estimate for replacing all our windows. I was most empresses with Dan - he just sat and answered all my questions and did not drag it out onto a two hour presentation. He came back another time to answer more of my questions after I had talked to some of the other companies and he also came by the day of installation. We liked his product and have three friends who have used these same brand of windows-Burris. The installers did a great job and were very careful to keep things cleaned up inside and outside the house. Barnaby and Elvis are the A team of installers! While installing they discovered a small flaw in the coating of one of the windows - that I would have never noticed- Dan is reporting it to the company and it will be replaced as soon as it is made! I would highly recommend this window and Pro 1 to anyone - I feel they are a honest, get the job done and down to earth company that has the costumer needs as their priority.

Rhonda was great to work with and the installer, Mark, was fantastic. We are in an 1920s craftsman and Rhonda was able to get us period specific doors that were also energy efficient with double pane, low-e glass. Mark was very careful during the demo and install and left very little for my wife and I to repaint once he was done. Would use again

Rhonda is incredible. We renovated a new house we bought and had her replace all of the windows in it with premium, all black, aluminum windows. They look so amazing! But the best part was just working with Rhonda. Hands down one of the most competent individuals I've ever worked with. Answered every call within like 1 ring, knew it was me, and either always had her notes in front of her or just had my project memorized...not sure which but it was incredible. Super friendly, honest, thorough, excellent communication, detail oriented, and she does such a good job of educating you on the different choices you have. And she has access to anything you could want so that was a big plus! Her crew was phenomenal too. Very professional, pleasant, and friendly. And they did outstanding work. We had all the windows replaced in a previous house by a nationwide company...it was more expensive, I cleaned up shards of glass for a whole year after the install, the windows weren't as nice, took up more windowsill space than the originals, and got the house pretty dirty. Rhonda's crew might have left the place cleaner than when they got there, and the only evidence they were even there were a couple small nicks on a couple windowsills.

I had 28 windows replaced in my home by Pro 1 Windows/Rhonda Howard. I couldn’t be more pleased. I feel as if I’m in a new house!! The process was simple from measuring to installation. Rhonda was very friendly and easy to deal with on the phone. Dan came out to measure everything and once the new windows and framing were custom built, Dan called and he and his team came out to do the install. They removed all the old framing and glass and installed a beautiful new large picture frame type window with six piece glass. The install went smoothly and they cleaned up everything so it all looks fresh and new again. I would definitely consider using Pro 1 Windows again.

Working with Dan was easy and the work he and his team did has been terrific. Dan was easy to get in touch with and he always responded when I reached out to him. He was very patient with me and my wife as we selected the door options that would work best for us in our home. Our project was a unique project due to the unusually large size of the openings our doors needed to fit in. Nonetheless, Dan took the time to walk us through our options and help us select the best fit for us. Dan also worked with us in order to bump up the scheduling of our installation. I always knew I could reach out to Dan and get a clear response back. The pricing for our doors was fair and the installation was excellent. Dan and his team did great work for us.

We had a 3-lite sliding glass door replacement installed and the entire process went unbelievable well. The owner, Rhonda Howard, is extremely personable, efficient and reliable. She anticipated many of the questions we had and guided us to the door system that best fit our needs/budget. From order through install, everything went as scheduled and on budget. The end result looks great and works well.

Pro 1 did a fantastic job replacing our front door and patio door. Our home has unusual sizes and shapes. Rhonda went above and beyond to help us find the right doors to replace our old ones. The technicians did an amazing job with the install, much quicker than I thought possible. We are very happy with the work they did and would recommend them without reservation!

I highly recommend Rhonda and her team at Pro 1 Windows and Doors My wife and I have been planning a few home renovation projects since we moved into our 1973 ranch style home two years ago. At the top of my list was replacing the original single paned windows throughout our home. We had Rhonda come out to the house and take measurements over a year ago. When the time was right and money was in the bank, we reached out to Rhonda and she came back out to take final measurements and review the types of windows and doors we wanted. Rhonda immediately sent over a bid and set clear expectations for the production of the windows, any custom features, and installation timeline. Everything went smoothly and her install team was able to get all of the windows done in 1 day!!! They came back the next day to install the door and everything went according to plan. Great as expected! Rhonda - Owner was great to work with! Worked on my time line. Crew was AMAZING! They were ALWAYS on time; very professional and personable; always cleaned up after work. Windows are high quality and really changes the look of our house..not to mention reduced noise and heat from the direct sun in our family room. Rhonda, the owner, was my primary contact and she was involved in the process all the way through. It was actually very easy. When she first came out to price the job, she was low-key and not a hard sell. Her prices are VERY competitive and I met with at least six window companies before choosing Pro 1 Windows and Doors. Pro 1 Windows and Doors was the only company that did not force me to sit through a 45-minute window demo. Installation was efficient, and despite receiving three broken windows during shipping from the manufacturer, I still rate them excellent. The factory was contacted immediately and the replacement windows arrived within days. The crew used tarps, both inside and out, and cleaned up after every removal and installation. They were also very punctual. The degree of follow-up and customer service is what one would hope for in a company, given the size of the investment. My money was well spent. I was a referral, and have since referred Pro 1 Windows and Doors to a neighbor and my brother, both of whom I will have to see on a regular basis!
