Wonderfully. The communication was always prompt and helpful. The installation team worked efficiently and left zero trace after they were finished. We love having the new windows in the house.

If there were a way to give a negative number, I would. Rhonda Howard, the owner of Pro 1, lied several times about several things, never accepted responsibility for problems she knew existed at the end of a day of installation, and only re-installed the 13 windows that were improperly installed, after we stopped payment on the check for the balance of the job. The windows were not installed according to manufacturers specs, they weren't insulated, didn't have flash tape, or window fins/flanges, as needed on a house with siding. Then, she told me she "gave us an upgrade to double hung windows." When I told her that seemed likely ke something we had the o do to get the dual color (white interior/putty exterior) she said, "No, I just did that." When I check d the contract written several weeks prior, it stated "double hung windows installed ...," just as I'd thought. (Talk about gas lighting!) At the end of the day they were initially installed, Rhonda Howard - even when I asked about the significant gaps in spacing around each of the 13 windows, as well as the huge depth of the windows, compared with the depth of the house - she signed off for n all work, strutting up and down our hallway where seven of the windows are, as f she were the best thing since popcorn! Becasue my husband had previously installed windows, I knew what I was seeing looked wrong. (How many people have had their windows installed improperly ny this company, and not known?!) When my husband came home, he knew it was wrong, and when the siding guy came by to look at the finished project, and determine how to start the siding the following day, he stated he knew it was wrong. In fact, he told us, and then called Rhonda Howard, to let her know he could not install the siding until the windows were taken out, properly flashed, with fins added. They did ultimately do that, but only because we had stopped pay,net on the check for the balance of the 9k job total. Rhonda Howard was willing to walk away from this house, knowing the wrong type of windows were not installed properly! When confronted, she never apologized, and instead, continues blaming us, and, the other company doing the siding. It was actually the siding contractor who worked with her to get Pro 1 Windows and Doors to order and pay for fins that can be added to windows, so that the windows could be pulled further into the frames, and properly mounted to the window openings. That took us past Thanksgiving Day, and another week beyond, with windows that were literally taped around the edges, in the case of seven windows. The other windows were caulked from the insid, but during the day with the sun in a certain point, you could see through the caulk to the outside! (We have photos to substantiate all I am claiming.) I've never had such a horrible experience on any home improvement job we've given to a company.

Rhonda and her team were awesome to work with. From the beginning bid process to the installation, Rhonda worked very hard to ensure that we were happy. The installers did a wonderful job and cleaned up as they went. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. We love our new windows and can't believe what a huge difference they make in our home. I highly recommend Pro 1 Windows and Doors!

Rhonda and the folks at Pro 1 are some of the most professional, hard working people I've ever come in contact with. We recently purchased a new home and Rhonda did the windows for us during the process. She was amazing and bent over backwards to meet our deadline and budget. I work for a service company and expect excellent customer service and efficiency. Rhonda and her crew far exceeded my expectations. If you are in need of a professional crew who will work tirelessly for your 110% approval and satisfaction, look no further. My new windows are energy efficient and super easy to clean. They look amazing too! Wonderful company!

1. Needed to replace doors because of property settling and locks did not work and made contractor aware first thing that I wanted to have locks that adjustable because of the weather changes. Contractor assured me that she can do it. Contractor did not provide adjustable locks and instead just chiseled the door frame to make it "adjustable". Now I have gauges in my new door frame. 2. Contractor, without informing me, reduced the size of the door opening smaller to accommodate a standard size door. However, I was making these house repairs because I want to retire in this house. Prior to contractor making the door opening smaller, the doorway would accommodate a wheel chair, but the the smaller doors, they will no longer fit a wheelchair (which one might need for a retirement house). By the time, I realized what was happening, it was too late. 3. Contractor installed adjustable threshold that was well over an inch higher than the floor, making very easy for me and guests to trip over. When I pointed this out to Contractor, they lowered it somewhat, but it is still a safety hazard. 4. Contractor installed mail slot, that did not fit properly and would allow air and out of the mail slot. Contractor did fix it by putting another mail slot on the back, which solved the air problem, but makes it difficult for the mailmen to put the mail in slot. 5. When contractor started to work on door frame, she found rotted wood and on her own made "an executive" decision to replace. Though I would have agreed to replacing the rotted wood, I was not happy that a decision was made without consulting me. 6. Contractor started working on both doors at the same time and did not get work done in one day - so in December, we had to be in the house without heat for several days while they were working on the door. Contractor did try to respond to these issues, but each time she did, the problem just got worse and it took longer to go get done. By the end, we just wanted the contractors out of our house.

Installers were awesome and did a good job of keeping the area clean. They caulked the seams and most all other places that needed caulked. The ordering process was fairly simple and painless. Rhonda Howard was professional and did a great job of communicating.
