Description of Work: After I took my computer in, it turned out that my mother board.had failed. They gave me repair options, but with a 7 year old computer,, I decided to replace it. After purchasing a new computer, I brought it in to have all possible files migrated to the new unit. after all was said and done, total cost was $108. I am very satisfied

Description of Work: Over a period of two years I have called My Computer Guy in Rockwall to set up an appointment for computer services. Both times I was polite and courteous, trying to explain my needs. Boyhood times the person who answered the phone was rude and arrogant. They were completely unaccommodating to my needs and refused to listen. Thet just wanted to make the appointment and get off the phone. The first time I asked for the service tech to call me and he was also rude so I cancelled the appt. if their phone service is indicative of their computer service I would not let them touch my computer with a ten foot pole.

+ -1 moreOverall the job went well. The owner of the company came out and he fixed the problem. We took the computer in a few times but after that the owner came to our home himself to work on the computer and fix the problem.
Description of Work: My Computer Guy diagnosed and fixed our computer over 2 or 3 different occasions.
