They installed our roof in 2020 with the sellers agent before we bought the house. Within the first year of the new roof, we called about a leak 2/2021. Was told after just looking at the roof for 10 mins, there was no leak. Unaware of how long our warranty was, I called them end of 2/25 saying there is still a leak. They dismissed me again so I called another company for a second opinion. The second opinion found the source of the leak, their mistakes and mold. This company has refused to acknowledge the new information and is now dodging our calls and texts.

FANTASTIC! ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONALS ALL THE WAY FROM START TO FINISH! These guys are total professionals. They handled all the nuances of working with the insurance company, getting permits, inspections. For me it was "set and forget." They prepared me for what would happen on the day the roof was done. It looked as crazy and messy as they said. However, just like they promised, when it was all done, everything was picked up and my yard was clean and neat. There was a pre-existing issue with the venting of the hot water heater. Something they didn't cause, but because of the fact the roof was replaced, needed to be brought up to code. The owner and my salesman came out to personally complete the job and make sure it passed inspection. I also got a couple follow up calls after the job was done to make sure I was happy and satisfied.
