Description of Work: I was concerned about a noise in one of my A/C units....they came out promptly. Unfortunately the sound had gone away. They gave me several reasons as to why there may have been a noise as well as assured me that I could run the unit, and said they would be right back out if it happened again. They stayed over 30 minutes just to make sure the noise didn't start up again.

Description of Work: They came out to do a maintenance check on my air conditioner, all was perfect, the person who came out gave me tips on how to make my system work optimally & last as long as possible. The person was very kind, professional, called to confirm the time of our appt. and then called when he was on his way to my home. I highly recommend & will use again.

Description of Work: They serviced the AC unit and advised me about service on the heating. I was pleased with the worker's knowledge and flexibility. My AC unit has trouble if it has too much coolant, and he recognized that and did not overfill it.

Description of Work: Excellent response and service from owner John Lyons. Prefer using small business companies as the service is much more personal, knowing I can speak to the owner at any time and he knows me face-to-face not just a voice on the telephone. John was excellent to work with, very responsive to what I needed done completing the job in one day. Highly recommend Lyons heating and air conditioning company. John made sure I had a copy of the warranty agreement which is extremely important. Some companies will tell you there is a xx year warranty on your unit, but never submit the paperwork, which only the installing company can do. Will use them for my future semi-annual maintenance. Excellent to work with. Give John a call...you'll be glad you did.

Description of Work: They diagnosed my a/c problem as the A Coil leaking freon. I chose to have my 20 yr old inside heat/air system replaced. They completed the job in one day, and were very professional and neat. I would recommend them to anyone.
