Very professional from beginning to end. Did exactly what he said they would do and then some, while keeping to the quoted price. Staff was very polite and hard working. Got the feeling that they actually took pride in their work. Job was done neatly, orderly and well. A very efficient, thorough, and very well-done job. I would definitely hire again.

He cleaned the area, caulked the flashing, ran water to verify it was leak free and shook my hand. No charge. I'll give him all of my future business, including repair and painting of garage ceiling once it dries.

Our house had suffered damage to walls and ceilings due to foundation problems. After interviewing several painting contractors, we decided on Jim. Although his was not the lowest bid, it was fair and reasonable for the size of the job. He made sure that he understood up front all details and accurately estimated the duration of the job. He impressed as a real "painter", not a marketeer trying to sell us his wares. Jim immediately demonstrated his professionalism and attention to quality. The first complete day was spent on preparation. They protected all surfaces that were not being painted. They moved all furniture and other items to other rooms - or, if too large to move, securely wrapped them. They repaired all of the cracks by stripping down to the drywall around the cracks, then re-tape-and-bedding the damaged areas. After they finished, you can no longer tell where the damage was. In several instances after the paint dried and Jim wasn't satisfied with the quality of the coat, he repainted the entire surface. Jim and his team showed up every day on time and worked a full day. They used top quality Sherwin Williams paint. Jim was able to match colors where needed and assisted us with recommendations. Some of the molding required stain and polyurethane finish; Jim helped us match stain colors to adjoining wood cabinets and floors. Jim worked on-site with his team for the entire job. He kept us informed as work progressed and checked with us if he ever was in doubt about a detail. He is very committed to customer service and making sure that the customer is pleased with the end result. We highly recommend Jim for any painting job, large or small, inside or out. We will use Jim on our next paint job.

Their estimate was high compared to the Service Provider that I ended up using. They were professional and prompt. They were also confident and responsive.

It went great - there were no bad surprises - only a good one - it took one less day than anticipated. (When does that EVER happen?) They started on time, and kept going. They spent a good amount of time sanding the wood and priming it and then painting it beautifully. I knew what time they were coming, and Jim stayed with the team the entire time. It was a wonderful experience.

Came to provide a quote and did a good job understanding what I wanted done. He was very sincere and I really believed he would do a good job based on my initial impression. The main reasons I went with Jim were his Angie's list ratings and the fact that he worked on-site with his crew. I had gotten three other quotes and all were within $200 of each other. The overall work was very good. Some things that could have been better were: I thought some of the scrapping could have been better and some of the hidden areas (the tops of some ornamental beams) weren't painted and there was some (not much) peeled/scraped paint left laying on the ground. Also, the paint he left me had been thinned so much by floetrol that I'll need to buy some new paint for touch-ups. On the plus side, he was especially good at being sure the entry way looked good and really went above and beyond when preping. He was on-site whenever I came to check on the progress. He finished in two days, as promised. The overall appearance is very good. Overall, I'd rate him a 95 out of 100. I would definately recommend him and would hire him again.

Jim and crew did an exceptional job on all interior and exterior work. They were thorough, professional, punctual, and willing to do what it takes to complete the job at top quality.

His crew is terrific. Mr. Imburgia is very attentive. He follows through on everything he says he is going to do. He catered to everything I asked him to do. I have never had the experience of dealing with anyone as efficient as Mr. Imburgia. He just did everything perfectly. He is very fair and does beautiful work.

We were very pleased with his work, he was professional, very knowledgeable and proved to be an excellent choice for our painting needs. We did not use him. His estimate was higher. The estimate was good. He came fast. The estimate was done quickly.

I am very pleased with the work they did. The work they did was terrific. It was better than good. They were fanatical about getting every nook and corner. They painted it perfectly, and they appeared to put plenty of paint so that it stays for a long time. They used high quality paint. They cleaned up after themselves. They answered all my questions and were willing to work with me on specifications I wanted. I live in a subdivision where I have to get the colors approved. They went and got the colors approved for me and saved my time.

It turned out great. He is a good guy, and I liked him and his work.

He is there when he says he will be there. He has his own crew and they do a good job and they are neat. Jim tells you what he is gonna do and the materials he will be using for the job. He finishes the job when he says he will.

I would highly recommend him. This was a rental house of mine and my renter was completely comfortable with him which I feel is important these days. I will employ him again as needed.

We were very pleased with the work completed by Jim. The trim looks really nice and the job was done professionally and efficiently. We also thought the price was right for the work that he did.
